Our room was a bit musty, terrible bed, and loud all around us. Network was down half our stay and booked a handicap room by accident and gave me no choice to change. Service and check-in was the only great part of the stay.

I was there for 8 days and the carpet in the stairs and hallways had the same debris on them the whole time. Some of the front desk were reasonably friendly but many ignored you. Most of the stay the only room service was picking up used towels and replacing them. Sometimes, the bed was not even straightened. I assume the manager was the guy who never took his head out his computer to even see if those items that need to get done were getting addressed. In my opinion, there is bad management. Sitting on his ass all of the time does not qualify as proper management. All I ever saw him do was sit and has all of his attention on the screen to his laptop. Great example for the workers and the lack thereof. I will not stay at this facility again. I go to Petoskey twice per year and this was first time staying there, and it is absolutely my last.

The room was nice and clean, staff made our beds during the day which was nice. Breakfast area was large with cute decorations, had cereal options, bagels, coffee & tea. However the eggs were not that good. Front desk staff was helpful with the check in & out.

*This hotel has no elevator* so if you have a hard time with stairs consider staying somewhere else. The disabled accessible rooms have to be on the first floor so you may need to call and specifically request a first floor room. The beds are also hard, we woke up feeling bruised each day. Overall it was a solidly average place to stay. I did like the breakfast area, it was fairy garden themed and had very cute decor.

Great Location close to everything

Great location between Petosky and Bay Harbor. Only a short drive to Harbor Springs. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if your staying in the Petosky area.

Cockroaches in room

Checking in the guy at the service desk was short and rude, get into our room to find cockroaches crawling on our bed. Went downstairs to request a refund and they denied us a refund and the lady was very rude and could careless. Looks nice from the outside but that is the only thing its got going for the place. Would not recommend staying to many other places to stay.

Girlfriend trip.

Location between Petoskey and Charlevoix made it a reasonably priced location for both. It is on a busy highway and nothing to walk to as far as restaurants, stores, beach so drive to everything but if you are budget minded it was good.

This is a great hotel choice in the Petoskey area. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Our room, a suite, was clean and pleasant and had a beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay. The breakfast the hotel provided was delicious and plentiful, and they have a nice coffee bar near the lobby. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only drawback is no elevator for the second floor.
