Great value. Happy Hour fantastic No this is ridiculous. Take it or leave it

we have stayed often at the hotel...picked wrong overnight seems....with few staying a bigger room could have been offered...pub closed due to party....renovations started all around us in the morn...we remember a much more delightful stay in the past....possibly when your dismantling and renovations happening guests should be considered...plus heat unbearable

I had stayed at the Perry several years ago and loved it then but they have done a wonderful job of updating the rooms. I had a wonderful nights sleep and really, isn't that what it's all about?

If you want to take a step back into history you will want to stay here. The old charm and beautiful layout is something you will love to experience. Enjoy breakfast looking out to the view of the harbor. The service is great and they cater to you to make you feel special. This is a one of a kind experience and I will come back. See you all there

Nice hotel with not only grest dining located inside the hotel but also within walking distance to others! In the gaslight district with many shops and restaurants to enjoy and a beautiful view of little traverse bay! we ended up booking two sequential nights however separately due to the fact the hotel was originally sold out and we were able to swoop up one more night last minute! The front desk was very accommodating in making it easy for us so we didn't have to change rooms the next day- even with a full house! Great customer service!

I always stay here when visiting the area. This is the best value always a grand experience

Enjoyable stay. Got caught in some bad weather and enjoyed the on site restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I was not satisfied with our room. I had planned on never going back. But We tried it again because a few of our family members wanted to stay there. I'm glad we gave it a second chance. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a wonderful time.

our stay was awesome! The staff was friendly and very helpful! A standout was we had a pack and play and the house keeping staff made my sons little bed too!

The staff were pleasent and thats the only good thing I can say Parking was horriable, room was old and smelled old No heat or ac control in room thank goodness the windows opened Location was good, just a few min from hospital Should have paid extra to stay at the big hotel up the road, would of been 50 more but worth it. this place needs a COMPLETE REMODEL

such a charming hotel with adorable rooms. smallest tv I've ever seen in a hotel room but not an issue for me since I was there for work. staff is always really helpful and great at directing you to local interests.

Our experience started out on the wrong foot when we were informed that our room would be ready shortly when we arrived for check in. We waited for over an hour with minimal apology. We were, however, given a discount certificate that could only be used in the bar. The next morning breakfast was served in the formal dining room. It was excellent, the service was very good, but our room rate didn't include breakfast, although the waitress said that that must be a mistake because everyone got breakfast free. The standard bacon and egg breakfast for two totaled about $50.00. We decided not to stay the second night.

This hotel is all about the location. Amazing view of Bay, and located right downtown near shops and restaurants. Very warm and cozy feeling hotel. Very historical. Walls are pretty thin, so privacy was not the tops. Rooms do not have ability to adjust heat/AC. We opened window bc it was too warm in room. That helped a little. I would go back tho bc the location is so perfect.

We had a wonderful time staying in Petosky at the Stafford Perry Hotel over the Labor Day weekend. It was a beautiful place to stay and a perfect location for walking everywhere- for shopping, late afternoon tea, and dinner. We even enjoyed walking to a park right on the water to view a gorgeous sunset. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that since I was not washing my hair the next morning, a shower cap would have been helpful. Other than that, everything was perfect. Since we were walking the Mackinac Bridge for the Labor Day Walk the next morning, we were glad that their Rose Room was open for breakfast at 7:00 AM. The food and service were outstanding. This hotel experience was a great way to begin our up north vacation!

Great hotel with a great location to everything! The only thing that could make the stay better is a better gym and our view was of a Hvac unit on the roof.

There is nothing I can say negative about our stay at this hotel. It was relaxing and the whole property was just gorgeous. Best of the best staff and food. We'll be back and next time, we'll make it a LONG weekend.

Beautiful historic hotel. Great location, friendly staff, delicious food. Perfect choice- can't wait to stay again.

We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the locations in down town Petoskey. The room wasn't anything special, but it was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice view. Enjoyable!

Hotel is a historical landmark with all the charm of an antique but with the modern conveniences. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was new and comfortable. Main dining room had great views of the Bay and excellent food. The location was ideal for walking to the shopping and dining options in town.

Perry is wonderfully located - close to skiing slopes of Boyne Mt and in close proximity of downtown dining/shopping. Bar downstairs has good atmosphere and makes it easy to order out. Several sitting areas in the hotel make it easy to relax without being couped up in the room. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Wish we thought to call the operator about our room temperature, instead we endured 80 degree heat and cracked the window to make it bearable. Better next time!
