Beautiful views!

We came here for the peak of Fall colors and it was absolutely beautiful! The views from the hotel and while enjoying a scrumptious breakfast were breathtaking! Staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Classic older hotel. Room was clean and neat. Location was amazing. Floors creaked and pipes made noises, but hey, it's part of the charm. Enjoyed our stay there very much. Easy walk to everything in Petoskey.

Cute hotel but for a modern girlie who is used to updated hotel spaces not what I was looking for. Very clean. Staff was FANTASTIC especially the bartender. 😉 Every one very friendly. Parking was tight -literally- for a girlie driving a big truck. But the good news is you can park and walk every where you need to go for the most part.

If you’re traveling to beautiful Petoskey spend the extra money and stay a night or two at the Perry. Classic and well maintained, the Perry has you in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the glorious Petoskey waterfront. Have stayed there several times and always want to go back. Great staff never disappoints!
