Will not be back, blood on stairs outside and the apartment was dirty had not been cleaned, dust build up, walls and and doors were grubby looked like beds and floors were only done. Could not call the reception after 2 pm as they charge a $100 call out fee also could not check out before 9am as we did not have the code for key box and no one answered the phone. Was not impressed the photos online make the place look alot better then it actually is
Cheap and nasty. Dirty underpants socks and trackpants under spare pillows, Blood stains on the sheets, no toilet paper, Tv remote didnt work, No power point for bed side lamp, dirty stained toilet. Will never return
It is in a great location, most things are close by. It's well equipped for a few days stay with the kitchen, full size fridge and microwave. Only negative would be the bathroom maybe needs some shelving or a vanity for your personals and maybe a DVD player would be great
You do only get what you pay for, but having someone at the reception for check in when you can’t get in your room would help. Wrong code given through email. No one else could get in theirs either. The phone number you call says leave a message and I’ll get back to you but doesn’t even after multiple people call. The best thing about the room was the tv.
Basic 1 bedroom flat/unit, bed was comfortable. Price was ok ish. Close to the small eatery around the corner. Casino closeby if you wanted to visit. Was only there over night as i am a fifo worker. Tnx
The room was clean and practical. The shower had great hot water and plenty of pressure. Walking distance to the river, Casino and Optus Stadium. Could of done with a couple more tea bags and milk but otherwise I would highly recommend and I will certainly book again.
I never never suggest you stay at this apartment 1. No Reception at evening and night, just by phone 2. Very old apartment 3. dirt 4. some cockroach at kitchen the good things only 1. location 2. car parking
Not a bad spot to stay, close to Belmont Forum for shops or just a few more minutes into the heart of Perth. Close to the Casino for those minded Apartment was well sized, an open main bedroom/lounge kitchen and a separate 2nd bed room with king singles and am above average bath room. Kitchen was equipped with a full size stove and fridge. Rooms were clean and well presented, and there was a outdoor setting. The beds were comfy, linen/bedding clean and fresh. I slept like a log. View wasn't much to look at, but we had a ground floor with parking right at doorstep. Big plus as both of us have mobility problems. The shower was hot, my daughter showered first and found it have plenty of pressure I showered a little after her and found the temp fluctuated possible in use by others showering in other units? Couple of drawbacks, reception seems to only operate a couple of hours a day. They had emailed me the access details but I was already in transit and didn't receive them. Daughter rang after hours number to sort booking in out. We and another couple that arrived around same time were a little confused as to how to access the room as it can only be accessed via the corridor and we had tried the back door (where car was parked) We stayed on a Monday night, place was quiet quiet except for the humming of what I presume was from a bathroom light being left on in one of the units (another small draw back, bathroom light is fitted to noisy exhaust system) There was no road traffic noise to deal with either. Building has no signage as you approach it, but traffic is slow so not a big issue. Would stay again, tbh was worried about what sort of stay it would be after reading other reviews on here after I had already booked. But I got a good room, not fancy, not flash but all we needed for an overnight stay. One minor thing for me but could be a major thing for others, I did request a shower chair but didn't get one. :(
Furniture and fittings were old and rough. Cleaner needs to spend more time under bed/furniture. After hours assistance was an hours travel away. No complimentary shampoos, body wash or tissues. Basic but nice and cheap.
Room was basic but clean and tidy. Full self contained kitchen with basic tea/coffee/milk on offer. Close to city which was handy. Good location just off the Great Eastern Highway. Great Price. Will stay again.
