We have just had 5 very comfortable nights here. Location very good and walking distance to restaurants and shops etc. Efficient and friendly check in. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very quiet. Wifi was good. We used the gym which was quite okay especially when it’s raining outside. Small but adequate. We didn’t have breakfast but used the Brew Kitchen for a drink and meal and can recommend. Friendly staff there too. Parking is right next door in CPP car park....$16 per day when validated by hotel. You just have to move once a day....multi entry is different price....hotel will advise. All in all a very good hotel and can recommend and would stay again.
I booked only 2 days for my initial stay in Perth. After the great customer service the first day from Brayon I booked the remainder of the week. Good food. Great help with booking outside activities. Well maintained room. Unfortunately the pool is unavailable at this time and now Hot Tub. Good location for walking downtown. Ease access for busses and train station. I will stay here again.
I was travelling with friends as part of a tour group. This was our first port of call and meet up point. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfy. Big size bathroom with separate vanity area to shower which was very handy when 3 women are staying in the one room. The staff were all very friendly and check in was super easy. Hotel location is central to main parts of Perth Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.
We stayed here as we went to a event at the arena across the road. From the time we got here we couldn’t fault it Parking was easy, we just used the CPP parking on elder street. It’s $16 for 24hrs and the hotel validate it. It’s a very quick walk to the hotel Check in was quick and easy and the staff were lovely, especially Tyrell. They came to the room and left us some treats and a beautiful card hoping we had a great time at the event! That makes a huge difference for us, as it shows the staff really care you have a great experience The room was perfect for what we needed, the beds comfy, pillows too. It was very clean and easily fit 3 adults and 1 child in a twin room. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, if your visiting for 1 night or 1 week. Only issue would be there is no pool for those visiting in the summer months, but for us it didn’t matter :)
This hotel is kind of my 2nd home for past 6 months. Have stayed here for 4 times, with each stay of at least 1 week and maximum stay of 4 weeks. The hotel is located in central business district (CBD) of Perth and offers proximity to all "happening" places of Perth. Lack of words to appreciate the staff - very warm staff and they have made every effort to actually convert my long stays "homely". In Eatery, staff person Victoria is one of the most friendly staff I've met on my stays. She goes out of way to make sure you feel absolutely comfortable and have food with complete delight. Kudos to the amazing staff!! The only room for improvement is for "rooms". A bit small and lacks good lighting (illumination). Lack of proper lighting makes it a bit difficult when you need to work at room. Otherwise, best hotel to stay in CBD. Going for my 5th stay here in June-2019.
The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful! It was a good base in Perth, and breakfast for platinum elites was fine. It was within walking distance of lots of eateries. Pick up space in front was convenient for Uber.
The Four Points by Sheraton Perth is a stones throw from the main part of Perth and close to the restaurants/bars at Northbridge. It has clean rooms and serves a very nice breakfast. The floors higher up have the best views.
Stayed last night and what an eventful night, hotel great location for show across the road at the RAC Arena. Whilst in the room the soundproofing between rooms and the corridor is poor, this was highlighted from midnight the room next door decided to have a party, however with 6 people who were not even staying at the hotel! The noise was too much and upon leaving my room and entering the corridor at 1am, the hotel security was dealing with 8 people who would not leave. Annoyed as I was, I gave them a verbal volley which got rid of 6 of them and then 10 minutes later the 2 who booked the room were also ejected form the room. This was after they had been running up and down the corridor knocking on everyone's room door. At checkout the next morning I was "Thanked" for helping the security guard in the early hours. We were offered another stay to prove this was a one off and not normally like this, we declined this offer. The point here is a matter of security in the hotel. We did not stay here to be a part time security guard at 1am in the morning for the hotel. We will not be back nor recommend this hotel. Hotel is basic and needs improvement.
My company arranged this hotel for me. The location is acceptable, u can reach the city centre by around 15 mins walking. Room is quite modern and spacious. Every time I stay at a hotel, I would hang the DND sign outside my room. However, when I was taking a nap in the afternoon, a housekeeping staff keep knocking my door until I wake up and tell herI don’t need housekeeping. ( I guess she wanna ask me to check out but my cheuk out time is at 10 sth at night) then I back to sleep again, after 1 hour, front desk call me and ask my name saying there shouldn’t be anyone staying at this room, I was so surprised 😮 and they said they will send someone up to check and do the registration with me. After a few moments they call again and say there something wrong with the system etc. I was so tired and just wanted to rest to prepare for my overnight flight. Can the staff just check thoroughly before disturbing their guest?? And for 2 times 😑😑seriously??
First time Ive stayed...was there for 2 nights. Staff were great. Big shout out to Gerry..most helpful and polite. Great food Clean room and comfy bed...we will be back! Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
