Fly to Perth to experience an incredible city bursting with things to do. Perth is known for its hot, sunny climate, and combination of bustling city meets laid back beach life; making it a great holiday destination.
King's Park is one of the world's largest inner city parks, and has a number of stunning walks. It also houses the DNA Tower; an Aboriginal Art Gallery and Synergy Parkland kids' play area. At the edge of King's Park, the Fraser Avenue lookout gives visitors the best views over Perth.
Once your flight lands in Perth Airport (PER), take a free transfer bus to domestic terminal 3 to catch the Perth Shuttle into the city center. The service offers drop-offs at five locations around the city.
If you can fill a taxi with four people, the price of a taxi per head should be about the same as the shuttle, and quicker and more convenient. If you are renting a car, the International terminal is located 11 miles from the city center.
Beach-seekers should head to Scarborough Beach for a lively, busy beach with year round surfing. The suburban city of Joondalup boasts Neil Hawkins Park, home to kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos; it also has over ten miles of beautiful beach.
