Great pick up at 3am even though flight was delayed. So polite and friendly staff. Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Super comfortable. Lively linen. Quiet. Black out blinds. Tea and coffee abs milk supplied. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was not provided free as part of the accomodation. The reason given was because the booking was made via a third party (wotif). I was not made aware of this during the booking.

Prompt pick up. Helped straight away when I could not figure out the tumble dryer at 9 pm on a Sunday night. Real 2 minute walk to pick up my camper an from hire place.

Adverised as being 10 minutes from airport which correct if landing at T3 or T4. If you land at T2 the distance is 20 to 25 minutes away. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. No airport noise. Hungry Jack's right next door
