The room was clean, neat and modern. I couldn't work out the thermostat however. There are no bar items in the mini fridge, you have to go down to reception to ask for bottles of water, softdrink or alcohol. If you want room service, there is a $7 surcharge. We parked in the basement which is controlled by Wilson Parking. The hotel staff advised we could come and go as often as we liked using the special $10 guest parking arrangement, however this wasn't the case and we would have been charged another $10 on our attempt to come back in, so we luckily found parking on the street. Also the money was taken from our account at the time of booking despite the website saying it would only charge us upon checkout. Despite some of the details being incorrect and inconveniencing us, it was a pleasant stay.
Great place to stay, the rooms and bathroom are bigger than your usual hotel room. The staff are very efficient. Close to the freeway, close to the airport, great having the shuttle bus going to the airport. We had a lovely time staying here.
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights as he was in town for work, which is why this hotel was chosen. It's a bit out of the city but very close to the airport (15-20mins away). Walking into the hotel I was impressed by the colorful lobby and open lounge/bar area. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was spacious and had nice large windows, which made the room be very bright. If you wanted to do more touristy things in the city this is a bit far away but you can conveniently take an Uber or grab the bus. The only downside is there isn't much within walking distance, just a couple of fast food restaurants and a grocery store but overall it was really nice!
Stayed overnight while visiting with friends. The hotel is new and kept very clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Lighting is modern and very convenient for reading, resting. The TV is huge. Staff are very friendly and efficient you can get your receipt emailed. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed the convenience of the coffee shop. I preferred to use the underground parking at $10 for 24 hours and found it great for access and it is sheltered too. Only word of warning is that they charge an additional credit card fee which was not mentioned in the booking. Would I stay again? Definitely.
Perfect hotel for our stopover. Our room was very clean, well appointed, spacious, with a firm sofa and a comfy mattress. Breakfast was brilliant, with gluten-free bread, Australian lean bacon, chicken sausage, yogurts, cheeses, fruits, and a huge spread of baked (non GF) breads and pastries. Really impressed with this place (and we stayed at a dozen other lodging facilities in Western Australia). We had a late check-in and an early check-out. All smooth. Highly recommend. We stayed at the Hyatt as well but prefer this place as it’s both newer and carpeted in the rooms.
I stayed at the ALOFT hotel for a National Conference this week. The venue is bright and funky, the staff were all very polite and helpful. The food was good at all different stages of the conference( breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning /afternoon teas) The rooms were spacious, clean and a good size. More drawer storage would be good.
I was stayed Aloft 6 nights it is a new establish hotel east of Perth close to the airport and Perth CBD.the room very big a lot of space you can't feel being stack the hotel room, the bathroom the same big space a good amount of water pressure.the only things luck is bottled water which is the price they charge they can afford a bottle of water common?? Getting water on the lobby 300ml $4?? Anyway if you want get a water or other grocery the other side of the hotel there is IGA Eastgate just about maybe 800 meters..overall the hotel fantastic very clean close to everything you will not disappointed for your short or long stay.
Booked this place due to Crown Rooms not being available. Surprisingly modern and comfortable hotel in the same area as the crown complex. Room has modern design even if slightly smaller than the Crown ones. On the plus side, everything has a cheery feel to it. Staff are friendly and beds comfortable. There is a gym and pool though I did not use them. Free Parking is limited and it costs AUD25/day for undercover parking.
We were lucky enough to snag a weekend “staycation” at this brand new hotel only 15 minutes from Perth airport. Stylish modern design with new contemporary tasteful fit out. We had an Urban King guest room, spacious and very comfortable with a 65cm TV and floor to ceiling, wall to wall picture window on the 10th floor- unobstructed views. Huge bathroom with great water pressure. High tech aircon and lighting system and enough powerpoints to charge all the phones, tablets and watches you’ve got. The reception staff were very welcoming and we were presented with a welcoming bottle of bubbly chilling with glasses in our fridge, complementary breakfast and a discount on dinner at the fabulous Springs Kitchen restaurant. Late checkout was also offered but we had a flight to catch in the morning. This is the place to stay.
We stayed for one night in a King Room, booked directly on the hotel website for $160.55 for the night. The hotel is modern and the room was spacious. There were tea and coffee facilities, a safe, hairdryer and Foxtel available. The bed and pillows were comfy and we had a great sleep. You have to pay for an upgrade if you want nice views. We didn't and had a view over the highway. There is parking next door at $10.00 per day, which you need to arrange at reception. You can park then access the hotel via the rear carpark entry door with your luggage. The staff member we got at check-in wasn't very forthcoming with information. She didn't give any information whatsoever as to the facilities available at the hotel nor where to find anything. Breakfast is expensive at $30.00 per person for a full buffet. The food was quite nice with a fair selection, however, you had to pay extra for a proper coffee. It was not worth it in my opinion. The WXYZ bar was a nice area to sit and have a drink, the staff there were friendly and explained that there is an 'after-hours' bar available. The hotel is within about 15 minutes walk to Crown and the Empire Bar. There is a small shopping complex across the road with a small supermarket and a couple of takeaway restaurants. Overall we had a good stay and would go back.
