My wife and I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. When we first arrived we were told that the wifi was available, however, it was so slow that I couldn't even send an email!. The room was situated looking onto the rear of the hotel overlooking an illuminated access road to another property. Unfortunately, with this area being illuminated, it attracted a group of noisy people that were there until 3am. This is a basic hotel basic but it served our needs.

This hotel is located in the business district, close to malls, restaurants, etc. Arrived at 1 am reception staff was quick to answer when we pushed the door bell. Room was clean, basic amenities provided. Generally, reception staff served efficiently during our 3 days stay, but no smiles. Breakfast was quite good, and served with smiles. Still, it was worth staying.

We booked 2 hotel rooms and only arrived around midnight on Friday 1st Sep. We were welcomed by a very courteous gentleman at reception. During our stay, the lady at reception by the name of Ms. Wu recommended a couple places for breakfast and they turned out such amazing venues for breakfast/brunch. Ms. Wu was very helpful as well with assisting to extend our check out time. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Hotel is close by main spots of perth city and has a vibrant, clean foyer. The first staff member i spoke to for check in was abrupt and rude however her supervisor was pleasant and professional so some more/better training is required. There was some noise in the room from the street but considering the location i found it much quiter than other city hotels ive stayed in. The bathroom definately needs better lighting as its barely enough for basic use and useless for makeup, shaving extra. The room was neat but it didnt look like the carpet had been cleaned for quite a while. Breakfast was good but they dont seem to provide alternative milk options so not catering to dairy intolerance or vegans. Overall fine for a nights stay if youre attending a show and just need a place to crash but for a proper hotel rxperience id look elsewhere

The staff was so kind.Their smile made me so fine every time.

Yeah, I had a good time here, hit dat sweet wifi, enjoyed a coffee & a shower. All in all it was a positive experience. I'd return with Mr K, probably. I most liked the shower and i least liked....well nothing, really. It was a good time.

Great rate and upgrade organized over the phone direct at the last minute. Pleasant friendly staff on check in. Nice room with super comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast a complete let down, no eggs for over 15 minutes, no forks, no napkins, no juice, limited pastries and as we were leaving they had run out of butter. Poor staff were running ragged to try and remedy the situation. Would have expected more for a hotel of this type.

We were only staying here for one night so we weren't expecting too much - good job too! The staff were friendly and helpful but the room itself wasn't up to much. We were on the top floor and were in a room which had an adjoining room - the door was locked but it would have been nice to know this in advance. The bathroom was so dark as the only lights were on the mirror - not ideal. Also, we were obviously close to the building's electrical hub as we could hear a high pitched buzzing noise throughout our stay. We've stayed in an Ibis Styles hotel before and it was far superior to this.

Stayed two nights at the Ibis Perth and had a great holiday start after a long flight from overseas. Check in at midnight was no problem at all and the staff was very friendly even my flight was delayed. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good choice till the end. I had a comfortable quiet room in a good size. The room and bathroom were clean. Free WLAN is a plus and they give the code at check-in. Dinner at rubix was good. It is a bit unusual that you have to order at the bar because you can charge it to the room. The location of the hotel is great just next to the pedestrian zone and only a few minutes from the Elizabeth Quay. The next CAT-station is also not fare away. Walk around in the evening is possible without problem. It is a perfect place to go sightseeing. The staff at the hotel is in very helpful and friendly.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Location is smack bang in the middle of the centre of Perth. Perth train station is less than 5 minute walk, Elizabeth Quay - 5mins, Perth arena - 5mins. Staff very friendly, safe, clean and welcoming. Would return in the future. WiFi was also available. Although, there is a guy who frequently loiters outside the hotel and pesters you for cigarettes, threw no fault of the hotel, just something worth mentioning. :)
