Excellent check-in quick, polite, efficient process. Requested room at rear of hotel and away from lifts, to reduce noise, which was available; good choice very quiet, not disturbed in any way throughout my stay. Excellent breakfast offering. Dinner was very good however service was slow (40 min wait) this was pre-advised but seems strange as Restaurant only 50% full. Bar and bar meals nice. Pics; hotel, central business district, view from room

Stayed here before.if your looking for a grand hotel then this is not the one.Its a simple, clean with great location at a good price. You can't ask for better.Staff make this hotel for me always so friendly.i will use it again.

One of the smallest rooms I've ever been in while in Australia. Desk to end of bed perhaps 25 cm. everything is there, kettle, iron, (not quite sure how I would have set up the ironing board), smallish bathroom. Bed hard but ok. Very nice and central. Check in easy and staff very friendly and efficient.

Yeah. The room was nice, bathroom was nice. staff were nice enough. Very basic. Not super impressed with the $50 Bond on arrival for a basic room (which mine had the paint knocked off) and No mini bar. so why take more money from my credit card...? Had one of the worst night sleep I've had in a long time. Rock hard bed and paper thin pillows. so thin 6 weren't enough. Luckily I was in a twin and the single bed was slightly more comfortable even with the terrible pillows. I won't be staying again.

Absolutely dreadful couldn't accommodate us in the restaurant as they had overbooked and unhelpful staff Who were argumentative and dismissive and considering it was for a booking for 20 people not very gracious and never go there again

This is a 3 1/2 star hotel. The lobby is very basic. We were in a tour group and we were assigned a large apartment room on the front with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Some members of our group said their rooms were small and oddly configured. This appears to be an old building that has been reconfigured and refurbished. The shower stall was very small---hardly room to get in or turn around. The bathroom is small. The switches for almost all of the lights are on a panel by the front door, which is inconvenient. The breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, etc. The staff work hard and fast to keep all foods replenished. We were on the 1st floor above the ground floor and would have used stairs, but the door said an alarm would sound, so we had to use the elevator each time and it was often slow to arrive. I don't know why they don't want guests to use stairs; that is unusual in my experience. They do have washers and dryers for guests to use, and they are the old kind that wash clothes fairly quickly, like in a half hour. So you are not waiting 2 hours on a high efficiency washing machine. The hotel sells soap packets for $1 and the machines cost $3 so you can wash and dry clothes for $7 AUD which is about $5.50 US, which is very reasonable.

Central location with walking distance to most spots and businesses as well as shopping routes. Personnel friendly and service oriented. Rooms are small and a bit outdated. Bathroom likewise. Rooms at the backside preferred due to street noice. The isolation between the rooms are bad. Water pipes making noise too. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Not expensive to be central Perth.

Nice rooms, extremely friendly and professional service, great breakfast. Our stay at Ibis was very pleasant, some people are saying the rooms are too small, but our couples sized room was perfect. Good TV channels too!!

Small room, not much space but just what we needed for our two night stay. Clean and comfortable, shower was hot but the door didn't shut properly and water leaked out the bottom. Convenience stores near by, short walk to Perth underground. Cost us $45 from the airport one way.

No we're to park temporarily to unload car other than nearby Wilson parking building which only allows 30 minutes free before charging an arm & a leg. Cost good. Even though a guest excluded from dinning room second night as we had not made a booking. Phone system crashed twice while making calls until it gave up entirely. Positive was that they did not charge for calls. Good location for malls, waterfront etc.
