We had a Scoopon Mystery Hotel deal and was quite surprised that it turned out so well. The hotel was very clean, the staff polite and eager to please. The buffet breakfast that was included in the deal was excellent. It is very central, close to the main shopping area, walking distance to Northbridge, the new Busport and main train station. We would be more than happy to stay there anytime in the future.
We stayed at the Ibis Perth last Thursday because it was a great location. It is within reasonable walking distance to the Fringe Festival Speigel tent where we were catching a late show. The weather was horrendous but the Hotel and show were wonderful. We had a lovely room on the 8th floor, King sized bed and and a compact but well designed newly refurbished room. Lovely hot water, spotless room, Nespresso pod machine. Compliments to the Ibis...would fully recommend this Hotel for location and quietness and very pleasant service. Close to all the City shops and transport.
I always stay at Ibis Perth and have been doing so for over five years. The location is perfect and within easy reach of trains, the CBD and the entertainment areas. The rooms are always clean, well presented. The Rubix Bar is the spot to watch Perth walk by, especially on a Friday evening. The staff are always pleasant, professional and obliging. I also appreciate the little touches and extras offered since I am a frequent guest. And most importantly I find that it is consistently good value for money.
We took advantage of a Scoopon Mystery Hotel deal and were very pleased with the hotel that we got being The Ibis Perth. This hotel was so covenient for all the bars / restaurants, theatres in Perth CBD. Our room ( 418) was smallish but clean, quiet and bed was really comfy. The staff were competent and courteous at check in and check out and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast was really good and included in the Scoopon deal as was free wifi and late check out.
Comfortable rooms and a great location for getting around the city. Just a short walk over the horseshoe bridge to the Cultural Centre to visit the Museum and Art Gallery or just to head into Northbridge. Plenty of shops and eateries close by. Parking is at a multi story parking lot around the corner but not too far. It was $20 per day
Hotel is in great location between Perth cbd & Northbridge, rooms are clean & bed was very comfortable.Breakfast is great & discount overnight parking available close to hotel.no exhaust fan in bathroom & only one mini soap provided were the only little things we could fault.
Standard room is extremely small. No space to open suitscase. Room wifi is extra $10 per day. Sound proof is not that good, outside car alarm at midnight kept us awake. But location is great. Everything is within walking distance. Bed is small for two adults but comfortable. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. If you are after combenience in a reasonable price range, this hotel is perfect. Taxi from Perth airport to hotel at midnight cost us $32. Around 15min walk to jetty to catch ferry to Rottnest Island.
Cars and taxis can park in front of the hotel and access to reception and all rooms is easy with wheeled luggage. Rooms are on 7 floors and there are 2 lifts. Rooms are simple and a bit cramped. Air conditioning was noisy and rooms look out over low roofs and car parks. Breakfast is available in a restaurant area near reception, and is good. Other meals can be taken there later in the day. WiFi is free in the lobby for 2 hours then it gets expensive, though it's never quick. There are plenty of bars and pubs nearby and eating out is not a problem. The area gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
Basic room, had to request another room due to night club noise. A restaurant attached to the hotel with happy hours was a plus. Could have had breakfast but due to commitments I was unable too. Was also close to train and bus stations.
I love staying at Ibis because it is always clean and comfortable. The Ibis in Perth had recently refurbished rooms. The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was everything I needed in the room. I appreciated the empty fridge to be able to shop and keep food e.g. milk fresh. The staff were excellent. I also enjoyed this location right in the heart of Perth's shopping district. Thank you Ibis...
