I had a pleasant stay at the Pan Pacific. The room was spacious with good amenities, fridge, iron and desk space. Furnishings were slightly dated, particularly the bathroom. My only major concern was that the beautiful city view was put off by extremely dirty windows that meant I kept my curtains closed for the entirety of my stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good quality with a good range of choice. Conference facilities very modern and professional. Very closely located to the beautiful Langley park and city, very easy to jump on a free bus just outside the door. Overall a nice hotel.
The staff at the Pan are fantastic. The concierge and porters are quick to offer a hand, knowledgeable about the area, good places to eat etc. The check in clerks are welcoming and efficient. The Pan is in a good location, it’s only a short stroll to the River and the main shopping centre is close by as well. The rooms are clean but in need of an update as the bathrooms are a little tired.
We stayed at the Pan Pacific last week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As soon as we pulled into the forecourt of the hotel in our car we were greeted by concierge who were very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in we were served by a friendly, knowledgeable young man who gave us a room on the top floor overlooking the river (we had asked for a room on a high floor but didn't expect the fabulous views). When he realised it was our wedding anniversary he gave us a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks at the Lobby Bar - an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Our room was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. The view was fabulous and it was very quiet up on the top floor. We were told that these rooms have recently been refurbished and it shows - everything looked new and fresh. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was fabulous - the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and there was a good variety of food to choose from. All in all, I would recommend the Pan Pacific - great location, fabulous staff, clean, fresh and very welcoming as soon as you walk in.
Great 9 day stay at the Pan Pacific. Great staff, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and perfect club room attendees. Lovely suite overlooking the water, quite, clean, large and comfortable. Convenient walk to everywhere Perth. Center of Perth is a 15 min walk thru the city streets or along the water. Free bus service just a couple a blocks away takes you around Perth. Cabs are lined up outside the hotel or Uber also picks up and drops off. A really excellent base to venture out from to explore the lovely city of Perth.
Near to CBD, the riverside, and the pier to Frementle. Great base for shopping, dinning and leisure walks. about 15 mins walk to the train station. We stayed in a suite which offers wide view to the Swan River. Generous bedroom and bathroom. Recommended !
I enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific for two nights in November 2017. All the staff were friendly and engaging. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would not recommend the restaurant for breakfast however. Long lines to enter and waiting for food.
paid for a five star hotel which it is not, reserved a deluxe double room but got a standard double room What the hotel calls deluxe I would call it basic. Choise of food for a top hotel was very limited and over priced as with the drinks in the lobby bar.
The hotel is well situated within close proximity to the Swan River, shopping, Elizabeth Quay and on the route of the free bus which runs through Perth City. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. It is an older hotel but has been refurbished. My room was comfortable and only had a shower, which I prefer as the "shower in the bath" I consider to be a slipping hazard. I particularly liked that they provided longlife milk for the tea/coffee and the cord for the hairdryer was sufficiently long that you could reach the mirror in the hall for blowdrying hair. Lighting in the bathroom was also bright enough for makeup.
A friend and I went for a weekend away staying in separate club rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The rooms were great, clean spacious and calming, especially the bathroom with its lovely big tub. We made the most of our club room access and the food and drinks served were delicious and plentiful, breakfast was also hearty and delicious. Staff at front desk were efficient re check in, I did the valet parking, great having the car ready and waiting when ever I wanted to go out.. WOuld happily stay there again.
It was really glad that I got early check in! Thank you so much for this service :) I stayed one night at Premier Room which has renovated bathroom. The room size was okay to stay for 2ppl. Though the window was not big, the view was really great :) You can see the swan river. The location is really good, it's closed to the riverside and CBD area. Overall, the experience was good but I was really disappointed in valet parking service. When I checked out, I showed the valet parking card to front desk staff to handle it. I waited 10 minutes and checked the staff again and she said her colleague was checking my car. I waited another 20 minutes, and then after I complained again, I could get my car. Before it happened, I was happy with the staying but after this experience, I changed my mind. Hope they communicate more effectively.
