I wasn’t aware before travelling of all of the renovations happening. The pool area wasn’t as nice as I’d expected but maybe that will be renovated too. The position was very convenient for travel

I went to the Bar to have a drink, and there were little bugs all over the place. Sat at reception waiting to be picked up and there were flies everywhere

My stay was amazing. From the minute I walked in, the hospitality was top notch. My room was spotless. A fantastic feature (for me anyway) is lights could be controlled right from the bed. The room also had an under the bed soft light that kept it light enough to get to the restroom without having to turn on any other lights — but not too light to be disruptive. The only tiny thing for me is the pillows aren’t soft like I am used to. They were a little uncomfortable. That said, I was able to fall asleep. If I visit Perth again I will definitely stay here.

The executive suite with stadium was a bit outdated. There must be a party on one of the floor we couldn't sleep until after midnight on one of the night. The hotel staff says they can't do anything about it. The executive club was very limited, the food was okay, but only small variety.

Lovely

Great stay and would definitely go back again. Had spaghetti marinara (twice!), chicken curry and Caesar salad and all were lovely. Staff were great and found me a few books to read. Taking a star off overall because the room we chose is advertised as premium with river view. In fact you have to be standing at the window to see the river. From our bed we could only see the unattractive building across the street. So I think it’s a bit of a stretch to say river view, even partial river view would be more accurate.

Good stay. Is a big hotel so if you’re ok with that it’s fine. Pool disappointing. I think they use ‘artistic license’ on their web site as on there it looks big with lots of seating. It isn’t and has too few sun beds. And most importantly it doesn’t get sun all day and for several hours in the afternoon has nothing. You then you have to huddle in a tiny area once it reappears. Fine if you’re not after sun but we specifically chose this hotel as the pool area looked good.
