It was a great stay. There was some construction taking place other than that it was nice. Amenities very nice as well as breakfast was a good selection. Location is perfect
Luxury rooms, but no efforts in Service. Staff could not Even answer where the Bus to the Airport Leaves..
while the rooms on the 10th floor have rather thin walls and the valet service and breakfast is very expensive ($50/day) I still had a good stay here. the concierge found me a cardboard box for some glassware i had bought in Perth. i was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. you think they could at least give you free coffee in the morning and a welcoming drink!
a nice hotel near the perth cbd. my first stay was a bit noisy (with people slamming doors etc) and the beds are very soft but i got used to it.
This hotel offered good value for weekend stays. Room and amenities are within the expectation of a 5-star hotel. The pool is tiny though. However the breakfast buffet and Seafood Buffet Dinner were over hyped. They were a big notch lower than those at Sydney Park Sheraton. The Seafood Buffet Dinner was overpriced with limited choices. Cold prawns with shells and crab legs served without proper cracking tools provided and hand wipes.
No 5 stars experience but is still acceptable. Value for money if can get a good offer.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Pan Pacific in Perth. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast in the lounge was tasty and more than adequate as were the drinks and canapés in the evening. The only downside was that our room overlooked the city or should I say the construction site over the road!! We enjoyed our stay regardless of the lack of view.
The Hotel was OK, but the Breakfast was NOT included in that rate. The Breakfast should be included at that rate.
This is a well run business hotel, doesn't really cater to tourists, althought the concierge did tell us what tours he thought were good value and reccommended things to do. I thought it impersonal, but it is what it is. If I wanted personal, I should have stayed in a B & B. My husband liked it because it had Bloomberg and CNN. Our room was big, we had a good view and they kept the coffee set up filled up..I appreciated that because food and drink are spendy in Perth, coffee (even in a dive) is $3.50. Plain coffee is the same as a latte?? Food is expensive in Australia, more so in Perth, farthest Capital city from anywhere. But is a beautiful, stunning and immaculately clean!
