The open floor plan in this unit makes the already large space feel even more roomy. The open concept kitchen allows for great views throughout the unit and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. Nicely renovated and re-decorated, the condo is a lovely retreat for a family or two couples. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Come to the Emerald Coast and enjoy the wind and waves!

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful location as far as seeing the pool and view of the ocean. Nice sized balcony. Easy to access (3rd floor). Emails said the wrong code to get after hour acces to our keys. Doorman accidentally sent us down the road, keys were not there. Then after gave us the new code. It DID have the new code in a text that I didn’t see but the old code in 3 emails. So it didn’t work. It was pretty roomy and looks just like the pictures. No complaints besides the thing they call comforters are sheets & the fluffy comforters in plastic that stay in the closet say you will be charged if you open them. So we all slept with sheets (see picture of the ‘comforter’ on top of the unmade twin sized bed) the stay. Other than that we enjoyed it, and got much needed downtime. Pretty condo. Great location. They did answer my two questions (door code & any blankets about 24 hours later) and apologized for not being able to get our keys.
