Have stayed many times. Its fine. Not great not bad. Simple room. Im out late but its a noisy street. For the price and location we were OK with it. Good location for getting to wherever by baht bus. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. 711 and family mart 30 seconds away

The location is good next to bars and the beach. People walking in hallways can be noisy, you can heard people loud and clearly, especially if you're a light sleeper. Lots of Indians stayed there during the Songkran festival.
