We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights.... very nice place, accomodating staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Luckily there is filipino in the reception. Because its very hard to talk to them, some of them dont speak english. Rest is ok. Excellent and friendly staff.
Nice clean hotel.a good 10 min walk to main road where all the bars are etc but they do have a bus to take and collect you when required.great cheap food and a pool bar.nice balcony with sea or pool views.reception 24hrs and friendly staff.cant complain about our stay and would defo return
We chose it after escaping from a super bad hotel, probably the worst in Pattaya, Citin Garden Resort. As we had an extremely bad experience there that's why we asked the staff if we could see the room before reservation. She was a cute girl and let us go up 8th floor to see the pool-view room. Got a big PHEW! Thanks to it, our holiday could go on again! P/s: room service food was so cool and speedy
This is our 2nd visit, was remembered by one of the staff, lovely guy, great hotel at Nakula Bay quiet and relaxing, just minutes from Pattaya . Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, bar, good buffet breakfast, clean & welcoming. Free transport at anytime to Dolphin Roundabout where the Baht bus can take you into Pattaya or to Jomtien for about the equivalent of 30p. Only one suggestion, need more sun loungers around the pool area, some of the ones at the pool side are broken and never enough. See you again around January / February.
Me and my family is very pleased with their service and location. According to money its worthy staying in this hotel. Everything thing was avaiable. Just missed a stove. Try to arrange stove on request. But really liked it. Thanks to agoda to recommand it and best bella to make our vacation special.
I was visited Pattaya with my friends.. We booked 3 rooms with Bella Express but because of unavailability they transferred our booking To Best Bella. Location was good but staff was not caring, we stayed their for 3 nights and I never seen smile on anyones face there at hotel.. They always rood.. One girl receptionist was good and one thing which I found good that was the facility of dropping and pick up from main Road.. Rooms was good and spacious.. House keeping was not good same problem with them roodly behaviour.. We booked rooms with breakfast... First we got late by 15 min and requested to give Breakfast to us but clearly say no to us in very Bad way.. Next day we were on time and we found only bread and butter.. So Breakfast was not good.. Overall property, Rooms and Location is good. Recommended For Those who don't care about services..
The hotel belong to a group that have many hotels in Pattaya. I booked Grand Bella but due to non availability of room even after reaching after 2 pm, this girl at reception suggested me Best Bella. I did not know it is far from the city and i will have no happening place around and will have to pay a lot to cab. Plus very rude girl at reception, can hardly speak english and the way they ignore you while talking to them is commendable. you are at your own when you are at this hotel. the only USP is big rooms. thats it. and when they say sea view, its through some buildings in between but yes you can see a sea. do not recommend these hotels. avoid this hotel or be ready to spend more...
It's great to see the accommodation and big rooms. It has beautiful Swimming pool. They free service to picking up and dropping at connecting main road Dolphins circle . Breakfast is available INDIAN and U.S Nice taste.
This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and have a nice balcon to sit outside. It was just one morning that there were a travel bus and they gave breakfast to this bus tour and they forgot about the guests in the hotel, however they did gave you another menu, but with a limited type of breakfast. The hotel also give you a 24 hour free shuttle service for two blocks away from the hotel but then you need to get your own transport from there. Also people who are use to getting toiletries in their rooms will be disappointed cause they only offer a body bath in a big bottle in the bathroom and two bars of small soap a shower cap and four earbuds. Not such a luxurious hotel but at least it is a place where you can put your head down at night.
This hotel is down a long dark small alley. Not really walkable from anywhere, although there is a shuttle that will take you to the main road. Arrived at the Hotel to find 3 full size busloads of Chinese tourists causing massive chaos in the lobby. Thai police were also here involved trying to quell the situation. Checking in, we were greeted by one of the rudest humans I've ever met in my several years in Thailand. Also, we were charged an additional 500 baht so that my wife may also have a room key. I booked the room for 2 people, why would we have to pay extra for 2 keys? Upon entering the room, I immediately started looking at other hotels. Pillows are yellow and stained. Bed comforter looks like a sheet. There is some strange cheap curtain that is ripped in between the main room and the bathroom. Spiderwebs all around the fridge and spiders in the sink. The trash from the previous guest is still in the bins and was never emptied, and without saying too much, it's really gross. I tried to stay one night and give it a chance. Was awoken at 6am by screaming Chinese tourists directly outside my room. I go back to sleep, awoken again at 7am by more screaming Chinese tourists. The doors are very thin and the hallways here echo badly. I have never hated a hotel more than I hate this hotel. I decided to forego the next 2 nights I paid for and book something better.
