Close to many restaurants and shops. What I didn’t like was we went into the hotel and there was a sign redirecting you to the hotel next door to check in. Once checked in you had to walk back to the original hotel for your room. After a long drive this was the last thing I wanted to do.

great views of Pattaya without the noise

We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel and we were amazed how friendly the staff were and even more with the ice cold drink and refreshing cold towel on a very hot day in Thailand. The room itself was almost perfect , just needed a paint here and there. The shower was hot so no complaints in the morning .views are stunning from the sea view balconies and perfect for some quiet time . Free shuttle to theend of the road, then hop on a tuk tuk .great stay happy to leave good feed back .

I stayed at the hotel for 16 nights at a superior seaview room (511). My overall experience could be rated at 8/10 The hotel has a problem with staff shortages for the cleaning of rooms each day which does not allow enough time for the remaining staff member to fully clean the room each day. (time restraints) The wifi in my room only worked 20% of the time and I had to mostly go to the lobby to get adequate reception. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of various choices of food available some of which changed every couple of days. The staff are all very helpful and I would certainly return there again.This was my fourth stay at this hotel.

Excellent for price

I was very happy with my stay. The room was big with large fridge, sink and micro wave and safe. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast, which was served at Best Bella next door was excellent. Shuttle service to Dolphin Roundabout was also very good.Shower wos over bath, but plenty of hot water. The only negative was wardrobe space very limited. Only big enough for one. No umbrella's round pool.

A HOME FROM HOME

I HADVERY NICE ROOM ON HIGHER FLOOR VERY BIG ROOM WITH KITCHEN NICE BATHROOM SHOWER AND BATH. BIG BALCONY WITH SEA WIEW. A VERY LARGE ROOM WITH TV BIG DOUBLE BED LOAD FURNITURE. ALSO HAD BIG FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. . ALL UTENSIL FOR COOKING AND 2 HOBS. I HAD 3 CLEANERS TO CLEAN EVERY DAY. ALL STAFF VERY HELPFUL. SO HAD NICE STAY. BREAKFAST IN HOTEL NEXT DOOR OK COULD DO WITH UP GRADE. THANK FOR GREAT STAY.

Cheap.

Great breakfasts, really great! Quite near to the beautiful beach - the beginning of Wongamat is around 10 minutes walk. Rooms are rather comfortable but very very dirty! The first day I was promised to get a proper cleaning but a cleaning lady is very lasy and nobody cares! For two weeks we had a used condom wrap under the bed and someones hairs behind the couch, reception stuff couldn't solve the problem. Actually you can buy the accessories and clean the bathroom and kitchennette yourself, because all the other things about the hotel are good. I feel it is an old additional building to former Best Western and the owners don't go to repare it or maintain properly )

Never a 3 star hotel.

Did not like anything about the hotel.if customers are paying the higher price for there sea vew room.be aware there is no mention that vew is of the sea but you are all so facing another larger hotel back yard where there are severe genoraters going all day and night hurendess noise said free toiletries to I little soap 2 shower cap.

Nice hotel close to the beach,staff were very help

Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Having the shuttle service was great and very efficient. Room was cleaned daily and was very adequate for the price paided, will definitely return on my next visit to Pattaya
