Pattaya was the end of our trip, having spent most of our time in Bangkok. Our hotel stay in Bangkok was wonderful so we had high hopes for this hotel and were sadly disappointed. When we booked the room we requested a crib for our 13 month old. The hotel in Bangkok had the crib ready to go when we checked into the room. This hotel did not provide the crib or tell us at check-in that we wouldn't have one. We brought our pack-n-play just in case the hotels couldn't accommodate us so it wasn't a big issue but they could have at least mentioned it at check-in time. Staff friendliness was hit or miss although the water park staff were wonderful and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable to make sleeping easier. On our second day at the hotel we put the do not disturb sign on the door. They came in and fixed up the room anyway while we were out. Again, not a huge deal but I would have made sure that important things such as our passports weren't in such a visible area. The good things: the water park was fantastic and my husband and I had a blast playing with our son there. We paid for a view of the city and ended up with a view of the city and river, a great view during the day and night. Overall, if you don't have kids I would skip this hotel but with kids it may be worth it.

Room was clean but small. There was hair and other things on the wall so not thoroughly cleaned. Not 5 star hotel but would give it 4.3.

Spent one night at this brand new hotel with my family. Rooms are in fair size but stylish and neat. Will stay here again.
