My first impression was not so good.... The staff was nice, BUT when I went to my room.... somebody had left the window open... it had rained earlier that day... and the bell hop and I came into a FLOODED room, the brought me to a new room (though I STILL think I should have gotten a free upgrade oh well lol ) The room was nice the showers we perfect (anybody whose been to Thailand knows what I'm talking about / / ) BUT I hope they invest in sound proof windows, because while I enjoyed the nightlife of Pattaya, at 4am, I was good and drunk and ready to sleep, but I could hear these annoying tourist on the street arguing with a bartender about going away... keep in mind I'm on the fourth floor... far from the windows.... and I caught every word.... so yah invest in sound proof windows lol.

Allways value but the internet is poor which is really annoying at times. I like the location. The food here is just ok. Staff are unassuming and pools are good

I have stayed here twice in the last month for a few days each time. I would come back. It is good value, and the breakfast is fine. Its not 5 star but as I said, value. The staff are great and the location rocks.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. 3 pools, one on first floor has a bar, one on the roof, the one on the 2nd floor gives you sunlight too. Breakfast buffet fantastic. 7 eleven across the street. 5 minute cab ride from Walking Street. Would be nice if they swept and changed the sheets every day but they will if you ask. Cleaning crew were honest people. I left my phone and laptop laying around, nothing happened to it. All in all, I couldn't ask for much more. I'll definitely stay there again

Rooms are adequate but nothing special. Beds are too small and not super plush. Value for what you get is okay, but prefer and have stayed at much nicer in Pattaya. It is on a very popular soi for nightlife so it can be a bit loud at night. Location is good, but almost too good as the place is surrounded by open air beer bars and ladies everywhere. If you often plan to be up all night and sleep all day, it is a good choice.

it was a value hotel with cheap price. it is close to walking street and have a good free morning meal. if i have a chance to go pattaya, I will stay this hotel again.

I checked out early for 2 reasons. 1. Room service didn't pick up the phone after the advertised opening time on two days in a row. 2. I had to go down to the bathroom on the ground floor after running out of toilet tissue. My wife called reception, we waited and waited. Then i called and made the same request for tissue. After another hour still nothing. renovations have made the check in desk non existent at present. No WiFi in rooms that works. I spent more at the next place but it was well worth it. Bye Sunshine!

The hotel was nice and clean. A tad bit old but good for the money. Problem with rooms is once the key was removed all power is lost and A/C is off and room gets very hot. Takes 30 min for room to cool off when you return.

Started out OK, then demo of old wing took twice as long as expected. Also closed pool at the same time. NO COMP FROM HOTEL

Soi 8 is the perfect location if you are single and going for a good time. The staff was very friendly. I will be staying here during my next visit to Pattaya.

The hotel has a 24hr restaurant and is 5 mins from the beach. At night, the bars nearby plays 80s rock. Also, it is very close to a 6-floor shopping mall. This mall has great Japanese sushi/Korean BBQ/European coffee.

Good location for eating and getting around for evening activities. Room was basic but the bathroom with shower was quite large.
