Es gab keinen Check in. Nur ein Telefon der Schlüssel sei, in der mit Papieren gestopften Briefbox. Es wurde Einem nichts in der Wohnung erklärt. Diverse Dinge waren defekt. Beleuchtung. Toilettenpapier Halter, Ablauf bei der Küche. Auch war es nicht sauber geputzt. Ein defektes Schloss wurde auf telefonische Anfrage repariert. Wirklich schade. Die Wohnung wäre schön, wen alles besser gepflegt würde. Die Außenanlagen sind für Kinder ein Paradies. Aber auch dort gab es Sprudel Bäder die nicht funktioniert haben. Nochmals sehr Schade.

Overall stay nice and secure. Wifi, aircon and cooking stuff all in good condition. Lots of security day and night. Not really in good maintenance, TV in my room not functioning due to cable faulty. Bath room water spray leaking. Lighting few of them need to change. No need to worried about transportation, the cab there cheap and easy. Try to bargain for better price if you want to chartered them daily.

Very bad experiance for booking from Hotel.com no notification or let we know we need to pay cleaning fee. Normally if booking from hotel.com everything all included and we still on the way the owner calling us for transfer this fee to her if we not pay the room it not ready for us. If we know before have this fee and we see it very clearly it not problem but Hotel.com write it on the last page of website and very small it like normal information next time i hope Hotel.com PLS let customer know about it before we booking

신중하게 투숙을 결정해야 할 콘도. 수영장이 훌륭하고 콘도도 비교적 잘 관리되고 있으나 워낙 식당이나 쇼핑몰 등과 동떨어져 있고 성태우도 이용할 수 없어 자주 외출을 할려면 택시비로 꽤나 큰 지출을 예상해야 함. 어린이을 동반한 가족이 별도로 외출없이 장기간 투숙하기에는 더할나위 없으나 그 이외의 목적으로는 적합하지 않음.

1. it's not in or near pattaya. 2. it's not really in jomtien! booked 5 days here, given 2 threadbare towels and that was it! asked for clean ones and told there was a charge! no clean bedding either. also had to pay a 500 baht cleaning charge for no one to come and clean your room. it's for cleaning it after you go apparently. stains over the bed, over the sheets and pull out bed. some poor Russian kids xrays left in a drawer from about 5 months ago, along with dirty syrynges and chipped cups. also booked 2 rooms as there were 5 of us and we were all crammed into 1 apartment the 1st night. when we questioned it and asked for what we paid for we had to pay another £80!!! pool was nice and aircon was good. that's the positive. our advice, avoid like the plague

No room service. Have to pay $500b for cleaning when arrived, but no cleaning at all for the following 3 nights. The drainage is bad in bath. Swimming pool is old and damaged. Far from the centre of Pattaya, but calm and comfortable​.

Awesome condo resort

The 2 bedroom condo was quite spacious. The living room in the middle of the 2 bedrooms was the best part with spacious well equipped kitchen a dining table for four and a sofa with TV. The balcony was quite spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon pool. Shopping and beach were a 5 minute walk. Wholeheartedly recommended for a family vacation

Awesome pool with small wrongly advertised rooms

The pool is amazing for families. There is a playground in the pool that my kids loved. It is covered with rust and at one point the slide came down on my son's foot. We had to get help to lift the slide up to free his foot. There is a bigger slide my kids liked. The lawn chairs are all falling apart. The building doesn't look like management has been doing much upkeep. The major problem was the room situation. Sleeps four is a joke. We had 3 pillows and the blanket for the couch "bed" was for one person. We asked for more from management. Took two days to get it. The couch bed is awful as well. Once folded out it is about the size of a full mattress. Two adults could barely fit. Also, half the couch bed is wood and the other half is padding. This makes for an awful night sleep. Internet didn't work the first day because the prepaid card was expired. This also took two days to remedy. Shelves were falling off the wall and drawers were held in with tape. The worst part was how long it took to get things up to what was advertised. It was very frustrating. I would stay at this resort again only because the price is lower than others but I would avoid booking with Panissara at all costs. There are a few others on here that have rooms and that would be my recommend option for anyone interested in going to Atlantis.

너무 깨끗하게 정리된 콘도에요. 개인 소유 콘도를 대여하는 거라 로비에 가서 문의하셔도 모른체해요. 적혀진 번호로 직접 연락해야 해요. 우리가 선택한 방은 매우 깨끗했어요. 간단한 음식을 해먹기도 좋았고, 세탁기를 이용해 바로 빨래를 할 수 있어 좋았어요. 대단한건 수영장이에요. 사진의 보이는것 5~6배의 수영장이 있어서 하루 두번 이상 나가서 수영을 했어요. 수영장을 생각하면 한달동안 묵고 싶은 숙소에요. 바닷가에선 걸어서 5분정도. 야시장에선 어른 걸음으로 15~20 분 정도 걸려요. 하지만 걸어가기에 충분한 거리에요. 1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 다만 수영을 하지 않능 시간에는 딱히 아이들과 한께 둘러볼 곳은 바닷가 뿐이에요. (파타야 시내에서는 멀어서요) 소유주에 따라 숙소상태가 천차만별인거 같아요. 좋은 콘도만 뽑힌다면 정말 최고의 숙소라고 할 수 있어요.

The exhaust fan and hood are not work. The room is too small. I have 4 people to stay but they just get me 2 pillows and 2 sets towel.

Первый день-не оставили ключ,заявили ,что оплата только за двоих/оплачено было за четверых/,второй день-заявили,что оплаты нет вообще. Уборка не производилась,белье не меняли ни разу за восемь дней. Итог-постоянные разборки и испорченный отдых.
