I’ve stayed at Hard rock hotels all over the world and this one is by far the least maintained. The building and signage could definitely use a face lift.

The lighting of the rooms was very dark. With all the lights on I found myself needing my phone in the bathroom. Restaurants closed very early for a night life town such as pattaya. Family friendly by that I mean kids were jumping off the bed in the room above me well past midnight and running up and down the hallway yelling week past midnight. Very different from the USA. Won’t be staying at this one in the future. The appearance property were all good. Maybe just the time I stayed there

I think the hotel is very kids friendly. The swimming pool with sand is quite an experience, we enjoyed it very much. Very good location.

This is a 'Hard Rock' and as you'd expect it's a place for lovers of rock music, constant rock music, everywhere and anywhere, morning, noon and night. Now if that's you, I think you will love it: the pool, room options, food, gym and so forth are all what you would expect from a 3-4 star hotel. I am not a huge rock music lover; I just wanted to stay here for the experience. Initially, I had a room right over the pool where the music booms, but was soon moved to a quieter suite for the remainder of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure that I was having the best time possible despite the initial hiccup. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic. A class act.
