We had difficulties start from the beginning of booking: the hotel management offered several conditions, but they weren't available each time we sent a confirmation (within 24h) from our side. At least the third booking confirmation was finally successful. The hotel itself is located above a shopping center with many markets in front of the hotel and direct beach location. A very central location with many entertainment options. If noise and loud music does not matter to you, the location is great. Rooms are very nice but already a bit dated. The veneer is peeling off the furniture and on the ceiling of our suite was a large moldy water damage. In addition, the air conditioning was broken and was repaired only after our multiple complaint. We were offered the room to exchange, but it was too cumbersome to pack the bags again, as no exchange in a better category was offered. I think if you pay over 350, - € per night for a suite, at least one benefit should be offered, if such serious deficiencies occur. Apart from the fact that in a hotel of this category no rooms with water damage on the ceiling should be rented. The room staff and staff at the pool and executive lounge is very friendly. The lounge access is worth it, as it serves free drinks and appetizers throughout the day. Very convenient, if you do not feel like leaving the hotel. The staff in the large restaurant at breakfast borderline, as soon as you enter the restaurant after 10h, you will not even been asked for coffee. We have been members of the Hilton Club program since 2012 and also been Gold Members. But the level had dropped a lot, so we didn't booked for a long time at Hilton hotels. This year we tried again but it was a disappointment. I have to say there are much better hotels in this category and it was not worth the money.

Top rated hotel lovely large sparking clean rooms !!! The location was fabulous ... absolutely in the heart of central Pattaya with the central festival mall and the beach right there!!!! The breakfast was exemplary and the service superb!!! Went it the rooftop bar one evening... good food and super ambience!!

The hotel location were second to none if you thought of taking family to shopping mall and eat every day because the hotel connected to central department store, The sea was across the road. But if you need a peaceful private sea this is definitedly not your choice,The area was noisy because of the mall and the street! You need to ask for higher floor but you still can hear the street below. The food in the hotel has drop their quality because they were selling too good for tourist and many times you had to wait for the staff to refill it which was never enough

I have stayed here for 4 times and it's great every times I visit here. Even though Pattaya has somehow bad image but the face of driving less than 2 hours from Bangkok, I still love to come here and spend my whole day at Hilton. Here, you have everything you need for a vacation, nice restaurants, pool and also shopping mall downstair. Staffs from Receptionists to the pool and the rooftop bar, are friendly and helpful with good service mind. I would recommend you to book an Executive plus suite where you can have full panorama view and also bathtub on the terrace is incredible. Breakfast at Executive Lounge is nice and you don't have to hunt for some foods like on 16th floor ( always full of tourists!!!)

This hotel claims to be 5 Star, but the swimming pool is freezing cold!! They have known about this since the opening 5/6 years ago but have done nothing about it. The rooms are now looking very tired but the staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is well below world class!!

Let’s see if I can make an objective assessment: Here are what i liked: 1- attentive staff 2- good location, walking distance to everywhere 3- on top of a shopping mall so you can have access to many restaurants, Here are things I believe could be improved: 1- Looking at the price and what you get, I cannot say it’s worth the price, I cam comparing to our beach hotels in Thailand - around the same pay, you get a lot bigger and newer decoration room with a lot better amenities like nespresso machine etc. 2- breakfast is not the best - variety is limited for western food like cheese, olives -

Ocean view room was spacious, well massiv for me really. Lrge balcony with full 180degrees view of the bay. Staff were the friendlieast I've come across. The shower tray didn't dari correctly, so tht might annoy some people. I can't see that's an easy fix. It didn't bother me. The luxury combined with friendly staff made it a great place to stay for me and I would stay again at the drop of a hat.

Stayed here 2 nights and must say it’s definitely worth it. Very modern, great views and excellent service. Check in was smooth and staff was very friendly. Room was allocated 2806 which had great view of sin city and Pattaya beach. There’s shopping mall is just down the floor - easily connected to the Hotel. The room was nicely appointed with all the usual amenities and had a balcony. The bed was really comfortable and ideal. The food in the Executive Lounge was nice and I think they serve cocktail between 1700 – 2000 The hotel got infinity pool is quite nice with a view to beach. Hotel is around 15 min walk from Walking Street. Overall good experience and will definitely come back again. Only 1 suggestion hotel must have few options for vegetarians, As hotel do cater for Chinese / Japanese cuisine during breakfast. But for vegetarians wasn’t much options during breakfast. But will definitely visit again. Thank you Hilton

Excellent stay for the Christmas eve/dinner Family room 138 sq.m with 2 bedrooms + sofa room is huge and very convenient Quality of bedding is top cleanless of room is top pool is very well located and nice direct access to the commercial center

We were heading to Phuket for Christmas but to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the way I decided to book 4 nights in Pattaya. We had been the other way around the bay to Hua Hin a throughly enjoyed it. Looking at the Hotel website it looks idyllic, beach resort, infinity pool and fantastic restaurants. We drove into Sin City late afternoon and could see it was busy place. At the front desk we told that our King room with sea view maybe a little noisy as the centre below had music going on till 1.00am but because of my status we would have executive lounge access (this saved the trip). The music below certainly did finish at 1.00am but it was the other bad live music from the bars in adjacent streets that went on till 2.00 or 3.00 that was more annoying and we were on the 27th floor. We ventured out of the hotel the next morning to find groups of men in bars drinking at 9.30am but didn’t really register got what we wanted from a 7-11 and headed back to the hotel. That evening we went to the ‘Horizon’ restaurant (that’s another review) for our anniversary and decided to give the beach a visit. Dirty, smelly with crap and rubbish floating in the water would only begin to describe it. The guys in recovery mode being looked after by the local women. I am not a prude by any means but it was totally obvious that the whole place is about sex and sleaze so if that’s your thing get yourself there, not that you will be staying at this hotel. You could see the look of disappointment on other guests faces when they realised where they had booked. Unfortunately the infinity pool was shadowed by the buildings so never really got above chilling so I did venture in. The lounge was our refuge for the 4 days until we could get back to the Thailand we know and love. My advice don’t make same mistake and enjoy the rest of Thailand.
