I have traveled Pattaya for servel time's, stayed with my Family here from 28oct.17 to 31oct.17 . They treat Indians like dogs , Indian are not respected at all , also not given proper services, rooms are smelly no soap in bathroom, they charge for every basic things which are offered free in many other hotels, we even had to carry our own luggage to d bus while Departure. I think Indians should avoid staying in dis hotel
This is basically a hotel for Indian not for others. A lots of Indian. Break fast menu are also Indian. Rooms are very small. They take 2000 bath for deposit. And they deduct huge money for any missing items. Please check as soon as you enter the room. They charged me 300 bath just for a small spot of fruits on the bed. This is their another income. Don't book this hotel. You will die paying overcharge. There are lots of good hotel nearly. Pathetic swimming pool. They do not provide hair drier and toothbrush. So be carefull.
I hv visited this hotel, stay was three nights, centrally located, free Wi-Fi, sweamming pool, complementary breakfast, I like this hotel ,parking space ,mini bar at room ,staff is well, in breakfast there are many options for us
Pattaya Seasons hotel is nice only thing is they are particular abt check in times abt 1400 hrs .Further Internet is available only at the lobby.Deposit of 1000 Thai Bhatt is required by them do not fiddle with their Mini bar as they may charge arbitrary for Spoons missing , Listerine do not touch at all ,Room keys do not forget any where as they charge heavily for all of them better meet every day snap of the same.Language a big problem however breakfast is nice not to be missed ,Water is expensive so buy from near 7-11 store.
I have stayed here for 3 Nights hotel staff is not professional they always they saughting on guest asking for money any how we have booked 2 single rooms but not ready to give even 1 room to stay early they have charges 600 Bhat for 1 room for 2 hrs early check in given second room at 1600 hrs when we ask for that front office staff is not cooperative food quality is average you cant expect a glass of water at reception wifi charged for hrs and days at extra cost check in check out is taking long time even they changed my name
i had been there 02 days ,the hotel locations is good but their services little bit worst , staffs are not helping and did not proper response,in this location have good south Indian restaurants with walk able distance
Location was good but hotel was not clean or maintained. Toilet was stinky and dirty. Didn't allow us for early check in, so we had to wait for 2.5hrs. Avoid if you are traveling with family. Only good thing is bike rental and cheaper massage parlors are nearby. We asked for double bed room and they gave us twin room. Reception staff was very rude to customers. Swimming pool was dirty with noodles and cigarette buds inside the pool.
I been there for three days very bad service and staff in hotel I have to wait for 5 hour for check in but if I ask for early check in for one room from three room they ask for 600 bath extra... staff talk rudely . no wifi in room , they charge money for water after 10pm in lobby also...I suggest to all never stay in this hotel if someone give u free stay.....
I had a two days stay at the seasons along with my friends, the service is worst kind of its, lifts are not working properly, showers doesnt work,Phone is out of service, Wifi is chargable. The reception staff is very Rude and arrogant, upon complaining out room excess cards were blocked without any good reason, repeatedly we had to run down to request to unblock it every other hour. The reception staff had argument with every other customer, many had to wait for hours as rooms were not ready. Many had complianed as rooms were not clean. I would strongly Recommend not to book this Hotel.
I stayed 1 night only at this hotel. First impression, the hotel was clean, big room and good view. Even the lobby is very crowded i am OK with that because when you arrive at the room, the room was very calming down. So with the current price, i am OK with that. You only need to boost your patience over waiting the elevator :) The location is good, we can just walk to Pattaya beach, and we can find a lot of food vendor or street food vendor along the road. my suggestion, if you want to purchase some food / snack, to bring it home, do it here, their convenient store along the way too pattaya beach has many of choices of snack, food, dry food to bring home with good price. breakfast menu is vary and there are halal and non halal menu, if you are halal food people, please do pay attention on the sign because it was not very clear and loud. they just put very small cute "piggy" pink picture on the food tag. One tips, once you enter the room, please do check and take picture of your minibar, to be present when you checking out. because i read one of comment here that somebody charged for something they are not consume, and this is happened too to one of my friend, luckily our tour guide is understand and try to explain to the receptionist, turns out, they did not refill again when another guest check out, and just let another guest in before refill it. the explanation process is takes time as well, so you better prepare the picture and show them. But, definitely i would be happy to coming back to this hotel, worth the price.
