Room no 806 visited on 1st June 2017. Very rude and arrogant staff. No proper house keeping , Toilets very dirty and leakages . One should think before booking this Hotel. Reception staff is very rude .
Rude reception staff!Rooms were unclean...full of ants & cockroaches.Very old interiors. Would not recommend anyone to visit this place. The concierge expects you to manage your own luggage. Breakfast spread was the only thing satisfactory.
Service of hotel in not satisfactorily upto the marked instead there in no system of security. Behavior of staffs are very bad even they do not have manners to respond. They do not even support customers. they do not have locker in room for precious items or important documents. Room of hotels and facilities are not as it seems. In all around i don't suggest any one to stay or better you go for other hotels.
The Service was poor. Menu at the restaurant was limited. Rooms were neat. Breakfast was unpalatable. Indoor swimming pool was well maintained. There were not many amenities or any other kids play areas or zone. Not very kid friendly
I Stayed in March in Deluxe room, but we can get way better hotel in similar price, Interiors are very old show lot of sign of wear n tear, Rooms are large enough but bathrooms are not kept well & not up to the mark. Breakfast & Lobby is good. Over all average.
Hotel is located away from walking street but that is not problem. You can walk or take motorbike ride which costs 20 Baht or Just walk near Hard rock hotel( about 100 meters) and take tuktuk. Just walking distance from the Beach road and other main attractions in Pattya. Check in is fast if you have got the requisite papers . Of course language is the barrier but we used the Google translator which helped us a lot. Check in time is 2:00 Pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. I traveled along with my wife.Initially they provided us room with two separate beds but after interacting they changed our room after one day with King size bed with good room view. Thanks to them once again. Again the Google translator came to our rescue. If you are able to convey your problem to them then they resolve otherwise you may find them uncourteous. Hotel is having a nice swimming pool which we used during our stay. WiFi is available in the corridor only. The only drawback is the lift.Only two small lifts which becomes very busy during breakfast and the wait period can extend up to 10-20 minutes if you are on top floor. The hotel is 18 story building. I also didn't liked the breakfast. If you are staying for one day then its ok otherwise as an Indian i found very less items to eat.Not much Variety. I stayed for three days and found the same items everyday.
Beach is approximately 10 minutes from the hotel. Food is good. Staffs are all right. Rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and has a private locker. The pool was good. It is reasonably priced. They provide American breakfast buffet.
Very poor reception. No service to speak of. Room was large but that was all. View from the room was of grimy dilapidated buildings. Pool is tiny and when I went down for a swim, no service behind the bar to even order a bottle of water. Breakfast was quite bad and repetitive. We stayed for 3 nights and the same dishes were served for breakfast for the entire stay. On the last day, we had a pick up at 8.30 a.m. to travel to Bangkok. Agent had called to say they were delayed and left the message with the reception. We didn't receive the message at all and waited till 9.00 a.m. When I asked the reception if I could call my agent, I was rudely informed that I cannot make a call from there and to go out to do so!! And still no message was passed to me. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here.
You enter a very busy and uncourteous reception where u are told u need to pay TBH 1000/- for damages, something that is not pre informed, then u group to a room with no balcony, view of barren waste land and what looks like years of grime in the toilets The breakfast menu is mediocre and un inspiring as well as repeated almost to the dot every morning. To top it all off, our travel agent got delayed for our pick up and a request to make a call was met with a "No. You go outside and call" Will never stay here again
We stayed in this hotel on 4apr2017. We stayed in Superior room. Hotel looks fine from outside. But room looks very old. Front office staffs especially ladies always very rude to guests. I felt they have negative attitude towards Indians.
