Location was good but hotel was not clean or maintained. Toilet was stinky and dirty. Didn't allow us for early check in, so we had to wait for 2.5hrs. Avoid if you are traveling with family. Only good thing is bike rental and cheaper massage parlors are nearby. We asked for double bed room and they gave us twin room. Reception staff was very rude to customers. Swimming pool was dirty with noodles and cigarette buds inside the pool.
I been there for three days very bad service and staff in hotel I have to wait for 5 hour for check in but if I ask for early check in for one room from three room they ask for 600 bath extra... staff talk rudely . no wifi in room , they charge money for water after 10pm in lobby also...I suggest to all never stay in this hotel if someone give u free stay.....
I had a two days stay at the seasons along with my friends, the service is worst kind of its, lifts are not working properly, showers doesnt work,Phone is out of service, Wifi is chargable. The reception staff is very Rude and arrogant, upon complaining out room excess cards were blocked without any good reason, repeatedly we had to run down to request to unblock it every other hour. The reception staff had argument with every other customer, many had to wait for hours as rooms were not ready. Many had complianed as rooms were not clean. I would strongly Recommend not to book this Hotel.
I stayed 1 night only at this hotel. First impression, the hotel was clean, big room and good view. Even the lobby is very crowded i am OK with that because when you arrive at the room, the room was very calming down. So with the current price, i am OK with that. You only need to boost your patience over waiting the elevator :) The location is good, we can just walk to Pattaya beach, and we can find a lot of food vendor or street food vendor along the road. my suggestion, if you want to purchase some food / snack, to bring it home, do it here, their convenient store along the way too pattaya beach has many of choices of snack, food, dry food to bring home with good price. breakfast menu is vary and there are halal and non halal menu, if you are halal food people, please do pay attention on the sign because it was not very clear and loud. they just put very small cute "piggy" pink picture on the food tag. One tips, once you enter the room, please do check and take picture of your minibar, to be present when you checking out. because i read one of comment here that somebody charged for something they are not consume, and this is happened too to one of my friend, luckily our tour guide is understand and try to explain to the receptionist, turns out, they did not refill again when another guest check out, and just let another guest in before refill it. the explanation process is takes time as well, so you better prepare the picture and show them. But, definitely i would be happy to coming back to this hotel, worth the price.
This is our second time staying at this Hotel, Our first time was a few years ago and we surely enjoyed both of our stay. The hotel have done some renovations to the lobby and the rooms, The lobby looks very nice and colorful. The room which was given to us was a nice room and all the equipment was working. No Complaints what so ever, The Front Reception was very helpful and patient even though there were many groups arriving. They Restaurant now has a Band, The singers are very GOOD, Excellent music. Well breakfast is also good and they have different types of dishes and also have an Indian little corner for those wanting to try Indian food. NO Complaints, enjoyed the Breakfast very much. Its Definitely a Good 3 Star Hotel for the price we paid. The swimming pool is abit small but very clean and cozy atmosphere. All staff were very friendly and helpful
we stay there as our travel agency booked there, Staff were so rude that they charged us for chocolate bar and chips saying that.. they are opened as we didnt even touch it .... thought we were in hurry so we didnt mind pay it ... but they are there to ripp you off
Don't bother if your non indian, Be prepared to force your way to reception desk and lifts as this area is always overcrowded and nobody seems to grasp the concept of a queue. In hindsight I should have researched the place myself but I booked quickly as my previous hotel was fully booked and unable to extend stay. Eventually I was happy to check out a day early (only booked 2 nights) and lose my money. There are far better options at half the price, You have been warned.
Room no 806 visited on 1st June 2017. Very rude and arrogant staff. No proper house keeping , Toilets very dirty and leakages . One should think before booking this Hotel. Reception staff is very rude .
Rude reception staff!Rooms were unclean...full of ants & cockroaches.Very old interiors. Would not recommend anyone to visit this place. The concierge expects you to manage your own luggage. Breakfast spread was the only thing satisfactory.
Service of hotel in not satisfactorily upto the marked instead there in no system of security. Behavior of staffs are very bad even they do not have manners to respond. They do not even support customers. they do not have locker in room for precious items or important documents. Room of hotels and facilities are not as it seems. In all around i don't suggest any one to stay or better you go for other hotels.
