My family where at this hotel for the second time. We where not disappointed. We got a nice room, good breakfast and the lounge service where satisfying. It’s so easy to go to the beach, swim or take a walk. This beach is one of the best in north Pattaya.

Great hotel to stay.Superb view of sea from room.Very attentive staff, warm and helpful. As our Wedding Anniversary was coming up the next day and we were checking out, they very sweetly gave us a cake. Very close to clean beach..wished we could have spent more time there. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

Fab hotel, very helpful, friendly staff, loved every minute, and cant wait to go back. Clean rooms, very good, well priced food. Service throughout was excellent. Some great eating places nearby, especially La Ferme and La Baguette.

Just spent one night there, and loved every minute of it. Everything about this hotel is either good or excellent. Especially good is the location, the resort is on the quieter end of Pattaya, which suits us perfectly, as we are a couple and just want to relax by the pool or beach. It was only a five minute taxi ride into the centre of town where there was shopping malls. Services is very up to standard, we were given a sea view room on a highest floor, so the views were spectacular from our balcony! The rooms were spacious and they have a master controller for all the techy stuff in room. It was big and nice design with good bed, the room itself is western modern. Wi-fi that works as expected, robes and matching slippers, mini bar and all the trimmings. Breakfast was good, had a wide selection of asian and western dishes, and sitting under the shade cloth of the restaurant looking at the views of the sea and islands was a great way to start the day. The resort was very clean and pretty with an awesome beach, soft yellow-white sand, beautiful half moon shaped bay with a sky line view of high rises over the water in the distance. We had a really great time staying at the Pullman Pattaya over the night. It was beyond what I had imagined. The staff at the Pullman were great. Service was prompt and courteous. I stay in many 5 star hotels and the quality and traing of staff is what sets one hotel apart from another, apart from obvious things like location and design. All the things you need on holiday are here. This hotel is one that we would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth visiting again.

We have stayed in the executive 2 bedrooms on 27th Oct. During the check in , I checked in at the normal reception desk, no service or seperate check-in for suite room even though I paid for the extra service. The room is not well-conditioned as shown in the website. It is dirty with lot of dust on the corridor. When we opened to sit at the corridor, we are unable to sit in and I have start to be allergic to the dust. There is rusty iron in the toilet. Amenities in the toilet is not all provided. One toilet has 2 bottles of shower with no shampoo and another has 2 bottles of shampoo without any of shower. One toilet is not provided any comb or shover. Our room comes with the coffee maker , however, they did not give us any roasted coffee. There is only the 3in one nescafe on the minibar. Additionally, I call and ask for a baby cot for 3 times before it was provided to our room. The lounge service is on average but below the other nearby four-to five star hotels. Food quality is on average. The variety of food is limited of breakfast and for lounge. My holiday with my baby was not impressive for the price that we paid about 300 USD per night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone any will definitely not return to the hotel. Before I left the hotel , I commented to the receptionist about the service and they said they will contact me. Until now, no any contact from the hotel.

Thank you for your hotel staff mr.pat, mrs kung and miss saipin for service my customer good meal good location good beach .i stay room 1004 .the restaurant near the pool and the sea.the private beach is very center at the second floor very time we will come back.

Free shuttle into town . Nice beachfront. Beach massages along the beach, couple of warrungs for lunch. Over priced for the standard, probably 3.5-4 star. Breakfast average, was told no poached eggs at breakfast and extra for a cappuchino. They did offer this to us after my complaint but feel this should be standard especially for the price of the room. Long way from town .

This resort in Pattaya is spread out and is amazing. They have different kinds of rooms and villas available. There are private pool villas as well as normal sea-view rooms. We went there in a group and I had the chance to experience both the pool-villa as well as the sea-view room because of that. The private beach gives you all the privacy and a spectacular experience. There are two pools adjacent to each other. We did not eat in the hotel, so can`t comment on food. The service and the staff are very nice and friendly and we managed a free-upgrade to a private pool villa for one of our rooms. They also threw a snack and drinks party for the villa guests one evening (on-the-house). The stay was very comfortable. I would love to go back there again. The location is convenient and not far from the walking street.

I don't usually have a mixed review, but, I thought with a little extra work and care and attention, this hotel could have amazing reviews. It is a shame, as it is just missing that little cherry on the top, to make it a great place to stay. We are Bangkok Expats, and decided to stay here for a long weekend for our "baby moon". as we didnt want to fly or go too far from a main hospital . I contact the hotel prior to arriving, to tell them it was a very special weekend for us, the last one we will spend together, before our first baby arrived. They told me that they would do something special for us. I wasn't expecting too much, a chocolate in the room, or a heart made out of towels. (I am quite easily pleased). So I was a bit excited, but when we got there we didn't ever receive anything. Our room had black hairs all over it (I guess from the maids) and hair clips on the floor. The chair in the room was REALLY stained, so much that I refused to sit in it. And the room was just a little rough around the edges. Apart from that it was big, clean and airy, with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. We booked an executive suite and paid quite a lot for it, so I was expecting something a bit nicer than what we were in. However, the rooms are nice, the beds are very comfy and there is a pillow menu!!! Wow! Perfect thing for a pregnant lady!!! So of course I ordered every type of pillow they were. I can not fault the staff on reception, in the restaurant and the sky lounge. They were all well presented, polite, professional, friendly and the food was fantastic!!! The pool and beach areas are lovely and well maintained. With lots of different areas to sit, relax, swim or play. However, the staff at the pool bar, seemed very untrained. After living in Thailand over 2 years, we have a good basic thai. They didnt seem to be able to take orders in Thai OR in English... or even when pointing to their own menu! It took us about 10 minutes to try and communicate a very small order of 2 drinks and a snack! I understand language barriers, but even when speaking thai, they didnt understand, or pointing to items on THEIR menu, which surely they look at ,learn and are trained on. We even asked if the staff were perhaps burmease, but apparently they were Thai! It was very strange and a little frustrating, especially as all the other staff on the resort spoke very good engish and also understood our thai! I definately the pool bar staff could do with additional training, to at least understand the items on their menu. The resort was very relaxing, just what I needed for my baby moon. But it could have been made extra special by a few things that were just a tad disappointing! We are Accor Card members and stay at many of their hotels and this was the one where I felt it just wasnt quite up to scratch!

We stayed here for four nights in an Executive Club room which we would recommend highly. Our check in was handled really smoothly and we were delighted to be given our room at 9am (very welcome after a 12 hour flight from London). Our room had a lovely view over the sea and a spacious bathroom with bath and rain shower. The pools are large and were never busy (although I understand we were staying in a quiet period). There were plentiful sun beds and we never had problems finding one. Our decision to opt for the Executive Club proved a great choice. We really enjoyed the free drinks at sunset as well as the delicious breakfast (eggs served to our table, lovely fruit and juices etc). We also enjoyed free coffees and cakes throughout the day. Such a treat! We loved the early morning yoga sessions and the gym was well equipped. We had massages on the beach and took the hotel transport into town. Pattaya is very noisy and touristy but the hotel is in a quiet area and we slept extremely well. There are restaurants and markets within walking distance. We thought this was a really delightful hotel with lovely staff all round but we would particularly like to commend Masha and Aon in the sunset lounge for their warm hospitality. We felt sad saying goodbye to them; really excellent and attentive service and an absolute asset to the hotel.
