I had been here so many times. It's different experience every time. First you will see kindly reservations staff and bellman, but when you go to the room you may find the pizza box in the closet. Looks funny but it's real! I don't know why housekeeping is so carelessly I always meet something surprisingly in bad way every time. Room smell smoke even I booked non-smoking, room is not clean, amenities has opened. I am an Accor Plus Member but they always let's me ask for my benefit every time.
I stayed here for the New Year celebrations. My favourite part of this resort is the fitness centre, which offers free yoga classes, one-on-one Thai Boxing sessions and personal training courses. Special thanks go to Nut, Eed and Beebie at the fitness centre for their great work.
I was at this hotel for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year it was fabulous the food is excellent there is nothing you can't get and the standard is 5 star, as for the staff they are a credit to the hotel especially the staff in the sunset club Marshell Fang Mina and Aon they made me feel so welcome and like part of a family. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of a high standard, the staff round the pol were also great anything you want they are there to help.The views looking over the sea are amazing especially when the Sun sets there is nothing negative about the hotel. New Years Eve was amazing the food was to die for the head chief is French and he should be proud of all his staff as I have never seen food like it.
Pullman G Pattaya , good design and function for vacation. The bedrooms are cleaned and well prepared for all guests. The ameneties are very nice with full options. The beds and the pillows have many choices for selection. Staff and reception team are nice & friendly ready to serve. So next time Pullman G will be my first choice for sure.

My second stay with Pullman G and they never fail me at all. Good room, good breakfast, good service, friendly staff. I would definitely be back to this hotel again! Thank you for your kind hospitality.
The hotel itself was nice. As a gold member I got an upgrade to the next room category but unfortunately I had to pay the lounge access extra due to hotel policy - mai ben rai^^ money gets you everywhere. First day I tried the breakfast downstairs at the beachclub... Well to be honest I didn´t like it at all. Crowdy, some of the food at the buffet was not available anymore. I would say between the sunset lounge and the beachclub are worlds in between. But the second day at the sunset lounge was excellent. Mashael and her staff take really good care about everyone. Mashael is a young lady with excellent command of english. She always had some time for small talk for which I was really thankful because I was traveling alone. Don´t get me wrong, the other staff at the lounge were excellent too. The food quality and variety was excellent for my taste. I like more the asian food when I travel to thailand so I could get there my sushi, the soups and any other dish. I think they have 4-5 dishes, plus sweets like croisant, fruits etc. Also the happy hour at the hotel was great. Unfortunately only 1 hour. In other Accor hotels I stayed you had max. 2h time to get yourself drunk :) The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beachroad and return from 1pm to 10pm if I remember well. For me the best option. Also consider this that at night the taxidriver will not drive with taxi meter... they wanted from me 200 baht for a 10min drive...I am not a cheap charlie but do this 2 weeks long thats 2800 baht or 56 sangsom coke each 50 baht...
I recently stayed 10 days in Pullman Pattaya hotel G over the New Years. Pictures of the hotel on the internet gives a very clean and modern look. Unfortunately that was not the case. Rooms was very torn down and cleanliness was not even close to up to standard. Toilets didn’t flush properly and I had to change room twice. The first room I got after having to change (because my toilet was completely blocked and leaking) was not cleaned for a new guest, even their old slippers was still in the room. Second room had a little bit better working toilet but the lack of cleanliness after rooms had been cleaned was not good at all. I would not recommend or return. Although spa and breakfast was nice!
Stayed here during Christmas period as an Accor Plus Platinum Member Good : 1) Excellent service from doorman, front desk check in staffs, executive club lounge, restaurants staffs etc, especially to front desk Mr Bank and Mr Prin (Assistant Manager) 2) Visited this hotel many times over the years but the service and attitude of the staffs here are great. They are so welcoming, polite and helpful. I always enjoy returning to this hotel 3) Even though my stay was during the December festive season with many guests (hotel is fully booked), the staffs at the club lounge is amazing. They were shorthanded during breakfast and evening cocktail happy hours but the service is still impeccable. They even apologised to me several times if there is any shortfall in service level during this busy period 4) Unobstructed full sea view from the bed and balcony 5) Recognition of Accor Plus Platinum member with free gift (bag) as always with welcome drink and etc Bad : 1) It has been around 2 weeks since my check out but the stay and points have not been credited to my account yet. This is the first time I ever experience this missing points and stay credit to my account all these years from this hotel Overall, my stay was great and I did not experience any bad encounter except for some drunk guests who were shouting and screaming in the middle of the night. A call to the front desk and the security came up to them and it solved the issue. Thanks to the team once again for my happy stay
Bad service, dirty room( I even need to show the cleaning staff how to clean) and you hear everything what neighbor speaks. They canceled our spa booking in front of us, because Chinese customer jumped in and they couldn't say no. Only Chinese and Russian friendly hotel. After 4 nights, we were too tired to complain. We were really disappointed.
