Hotel is a boat and it changed its mooring location and did not inform me. It was over a one hour drive from where it was supposed to be. Their number on their website is not answered ever, only a continuous recording, they have no real customer service except for a few hours when you can check in or check out, otherwise they can’t be reached. Still trying to get my money back from Expedia, didn’t stay at the hotel they were so horrible.

Excellent one night stay before catching a train from Gare de Lyon Very helpful and happy staff ! Bonus of a lovely night time river trip taking in the lit up sights of Paris , Eiffel Tower at night is beautiful!

Not what I was expecting - Too far out of town

Firstly check in was 5pm not 4pm so we literally stood for an hour on the dock - Nothing else around within walking distance. When we checked in we were told we couldn't book for the dinner as that is in advance (but how?) Only available food was a cold plate - Disappointing as this was an anniversary - The weather was dreadful so we had no choice to stay indoors and there is no lounge - its staying in reception or your small cabin - Staff were great but it just isn't a VIP experience - If its raining don't bother - Spent a fortune on taxis

Séjour dépaysant. Nous avions une chambre avec jaccuzi très propre. Malheureusement la croisière n’a pas pu avoir lieu à cause de la crue, nous avons obtenu un dédommagement. Dîner et petit déjeuné de qualité. Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute

Atypique et confortable

Établissement idéalement situé proche de la Gare de Lyon et de la gare d’Austerlitz. Bercy , accord Arena , le marais , la cathédrale notre dame avec un accès piéton par les quais de Seine . Belle salle de réception accueil chaleureux et professionnel. A partir du jeudi le bateau propose également une croisière.

C'était tres sympa ce qui me déplaisait c'est deux choses la premiere les mails en anglais alors que j'avais demandé un descriptif en française. Et le cheveux restant dans le jacuzzi ainsi que la propreté sous le lit par hasards en cherchant min elastiquz pour les cheveux bouteilke vide et pkein de poussière

Croisiere tres agreable, apéritif repas organisation tout est super. La seule chose qui ne va pas du tout chambre 14 c'est le frigo porte transparente donc allumé toute la nuit et qui ronronne toute la nuit..........a revoir vraiment. Sinon super, je recommande Bon rapport qualité prix
