Room was a beautiful ancient apartment in downtown Paris close to everything. Just steps outside the door were great cafe's, restaurants and the Sene river. If you like authentic Paris this is for you.

A little jewell albeit modest in size and not fancy but very clean and comfortable. A perfect walkable location, easy access to metro, wonderful local bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Helpful and timely communication from the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the pretty courtyard outside moved into spring blooms.

Quaint room, fantastic location, easy host

Single room, fantastic location for walking to Notre Dame, near restaurants, cafes, groceries... Host was attentive to arrival logistics. Clean, spartan, quiet, private courtyard, triple secured entry. Too small to spend much time inside, but who goes to Paris to sit inside? Would book again.

Great location. We felt very safe and it was nice and quiet at night. Ground level was appreciated not having to haul luggage up stairs. Alex was fantastic meeting us on arrival and showing us the important aspects of the apartment. There were a few minor fix up things that were relayed to the host. I would definitely come back and stay at this location again. Thanks

Good apartment in great location

All went very well, apartment is clean and comfortable in a great location for the Marais, Notre Dame, Pompidou etc. Check in was excellent and timely. A couple of minor niggles (misaligned toilet seat and dead light bulb) but all in all recommended.

Excellent Marais Ground Floor Apartment

A small but more than adequate studio apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Ground floor a real bonus for anyone who struggles with stairs and suitcases. The Marais is a great area to stay - walking distance to almost all Paris attractions. This apartment is close to a metro station, and many cafes, restaurants and bars.

Marvellous apartment with a garden!

This will now be my go to place for every visit in Paris! It’s incredibly quiet and on the ground floor- no copious stairs to drag bags up. There’s a little garden, big windows and everything you need, in a great location. The bed is comfy and Fabrice the manager was great to desk with. Everything flowed so easily. A hugs yes to this apartment- we loved it!

1st time in Paris.

The location was perfect! We were centrally located in an area that had numerous places to eat, grocery stores, and public transportation. Our host provided us with apps for public transportation and restaurants prior to arrival which was very helpful. The host was very helpful upon our arrival as he spent time with us explaining how things worked in our room and about the neighborhood. We also felt very safe in our area.

The place was unfinished inside. The shower way super small and the hw heater was hanging in the bathroom. We stayed 5 days and had only one set of towels. Floors were really dirty. Not good communication with management.
Make shift shelves slanted and non useable
improper shelving
Outhouse for workers right outside our window
