Small and moldy

The images make you think it's going to be large enough for the group you bring, but it's really small and barley enough room for more than 3 people. The property is very small, and the downstairs dungeon is not meant for anybody above 5 feet tall, has damp/moist walls, and had mold growing from the walls. There's bugs in every area of the place, no climate control outside of some basic desk fans (i.e. no windows or ac unit, etc). So damp and moldy when I got home I found some of my clothes that started growing the same mold as the walls in the basement dungeon. Not worth the money spent on that.
