Nice, beautiful, clean hotel. Nice but small rooms. (You hear everything when your travelpartner goes to the toilet.) Breakfast: Everything you wish! (But it takes time before something empty is refilled.) Subway in front of the hotel: Super! (But, 20 minutes to the centre.)
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Paris for price, amenities, location, and the staff. Meryl at the reception was the sweetest person. Although new to Paris, she tried to help us with maps, shops, restaurants, etc.
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and it was a convenient location right in front of a train station. However, the AC in my room wasn't working or wasn't working up to my standards so my room got very warm at some times. Luckily, there were a few windows in my room but it was very noisy outside so you wouldn't want to leave it open if you're trying to sleep. Also, the wifi was a little slow...I was on the 3rd floor in a corner room and sometimes it wouldn't even work at all. Overall, it was a decent experience and I'd recommend it for a short stay.
This hotel is in great location close to metro. We walked to Eiffel tour which took about 30 minutes but was a lovely walk. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel but went to a little bakery just up the street. Pastries wee delicious
We stayed here for our first trip to Paris. I had read reviews for several hotels in Paris and most stated that in general rooms are small and I did not think the room was too small. Check in was easy. The room was not ready but they held our bags for us so that we could go out sightseeing. We booked a quadruple room. I was traveling with my husband and 2 adult children. There were 2 twin beds pushed together to form a queen size for my husband and I and the other 2 beds were twin size and folded into the wall when not is use. When the beds were down the space was crowded but it never felt cramped. There was a bathroom and separate water closet with toilet only but it was lacking a sink to wash your hands in. The hotel staff were very helpful with directions. My biggest advice would be to skip the breakfast buffet served here. We decided at check in to purchase one day of the breakfast buffet so it would be convenient to eat there and head out the next day to sightsee. The breakfast was overpriced even with the discount given for purchasing in advance. There was not a large selection to choose from and every tray was empty. Coffee pots empty and had one person trying to restock the food and clean the tables. The space to eat in is way too small and they cannot accommodate the crowd. With SO many great cafes in walking distance reconsider and choose to eat breakfast at one of those. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is directly across the street from the metro and it made getting around the city so easy.
Hotel is in a great location with metro stations close by (one the opposite side of the street) Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy. Room was lovely, big and had everything you needed plus extras. The room was clean, apart from behind the sofa bed with wrappers/packaging, but hopefully that was a one off as the rest of the room was great. Nice touch to get slippers and a robe and the nespesso coffee was great and needed after walking around Paris. We didn't have time for breakfast but we did eat at a restaurant down the road, I can't remember the name it began with a B and it was traditional French food. Really nice food. Would stay here again and recommend.
Stayed here for one night as price was competitive and I have stayed in most of the chain hotels around Montparnasse. Hotel lived up to the previous reviews, smart and very clean right opposite the Metro. Room was a reasonable size compared to other Paris hotels, and the furniture was in good shape without the usual wear and tear damage. Bathroom was modern and gleaming with good shower. Only issue is that the road is busy outside so quite noise at night, and there is a rumble every time a train goes by to the Metro. I used earplugs. Breakfast was typically French but better than most, with fresh rather than tinned fruit. All in all a good place to stay.
Hotel Yllen Eiffel is a perfect place to stay if you are in Paris for expos at the Centre des Expositions at Porte de Versailles. The Hotel is directy in front of the metro station Volontaires on the line 12. Rooms are well designed and with all comforts but a little bit small. Receptionists were nice and smiley and ready to help where needed. I would definetly recommend this hotel.
Hotel is nice. Rooms are very small, but clean. After traveling for over 11 hours total, was hoping to check in early, but was not available, so we had to wonder around for a few more hours, but hotel staff is very friendly.
