La Maison Champs Elysées

Great quiet neighborhood with ease of access and walkable location. Comfortable facility with courteous staff, pleasant meeting rooms. Food service is timely and the overall ambiance is relaxed and stylish with a modern twist. It offers superior room size, above average service standard, for a small hotel. Consider it a 3 and a half star rating.

Only a one night stay for us and would have liked to stay longer. Very warm staff, comfy room, decent shower (water temperatue adjustment OK for my wife, too hot for me), and excellent restaurant both for dinner and breakfast.

The attention they gave us was outstanding. We felt like we were the only people they had to tend to. The location was made it easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph and Champ-Elysees. The room had free movies, which was nice to relax after a day of walking and watch a flick. The dinner was amazing and surprisingly well proportioned while I would probably hold off on the breakfast buffet. The only other "oddity" was the shower. You stand about a foot higher closer to the ceiling while the tub was narrow enough that my foot would block the flow of water to drain; great water pressure though.

First stay in Paris, so we can not compare hotel to others. Room size is adequate, services limited, good breakfast and very cooperative staff. Good location if you like to walk. In addition to all of the must see sights add the relatively new Foundation Louis Vioutant to yourlist.

Hotel was in a good central location to all that we wanted to do. Staff was very helpful, even though we spoke almost no French. They also set us up with a power converter to borrow at no cost. One downside we found was that the internet was absolutely terrible, until we learned the secret that if you turned on the TV, it would work perfectly. If you turned off the TV the router in your room would be off, and you'd be stuck trying to connect to someone down the hall. Otherwise great experience.

staff was superb. Helpful, courteous and friendly.Would recommend it to anyone looking in this price range

Room was nice, especially for a 4 star hotel in Paris, but the service was significantly lacking. For example, the mini bar in the room was half empty on arrival and it took 4 days to replenish. Similarly, coffee supplies took days to replenish even after numerous requests. Finally, we ordered coffee from room service, which arrived 45 minutes later even after we were told it would be delivered in 10 minutes. Some freebies like complimentary drinks were a nice touch. Classic boutique-type hotel.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was nice and very clean. The location was good just 2 blocks to a metro stop and in a very nice area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, the stuf were very friendly and helpful, I like the TV was Apple TV and you got a few good movies that were free. This hotel is very different from the traditional style of hotel and I think it's good value for the money you pay. I will definitely go back again.

This hotel has almost finished renovations. My husband said the rooms are a bit bigger than your standard European hotel room. The staff was friendly and could understand our simple English speaking requests. All rooms have a Mac computer with free WiFi. The location is a good spot to be in between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast provided in the morning is expensive for the selection, but that is usually at any hotel. Calling internationally was cheap from the hotel too! The downside? Don't expect so much out of European hotels. There are a lot of complaints, but this was a simple, comfortable and clean hotel!
