I went to Paris for a conference, the location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly Mostly the receptionist Nabil, who is very helpful and professional. Also the management is very good. The rooms are clean The housekeeping is very good. I needed maintenance once and the service was excellent. In summary i recommend it.
It’s my second time staying at the hotel. It has everything you need for a business travel, the staff are super supportive and nice. The room is small but very cozy. 3 minutes to Line 1 Porte Maillot. It’s quite a safe district, shops and restaurants are nearby. Would love to stay here again in September, but unfortunately it’s fully booked....
Very nice hotel, clean, location very convenient. Staff very kind and helpful Room could be a little bit bigger with a bigger closet for clothes. Bathroom very clean and practical. All necessary complimentary items. Nice to have a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Free mobile phone in the room.
I stayed in this small yet very clean and modern boutique hotel for five nights when I attended a conference in the Palias du Congress in February 2018. Its a lovely hotel, just a few meters away from the Palais. Its very convenient to walk to and from the conference. I had a room for 1 with a double bed. The room was small but clean, pillows fluffy, mattress firm, carpet clean and room lighting good. The bathroom was modern, good plumbing and shower facilities, plush towels and fragrant toiletries. There was a coffee and tea service plus a small fridge. There was daily maid service. Laundry was available upon request. Adjacent to the hotel are several restaurants, bakeries and a pharmacy. An added bonus was the cellphone in the room that had a wifi, grab a cab feature, Paris sights, free local calls, free international calls to some countries and a Netflix channel I could project to the TV. The portable wifi was a great help when going around the city. The front desk and service people were polite and attentive. Roman of the front desk was patient and helpful with all my questions. The manager Juliet was likewise friendly and informative regarding what to do and see in Paris. The only reason I didn’t give it a five rating was because of the breakfast. It was a simple breakfast with a few breads, sausage, scrambled eggs, jams, yoghurt and mixed fruit for. €17. I wish they had a more sumptuous spread. I will definitely stay here again!
This is 3* hotel. +ve location, morning staff is friendly and willing to help. Evening staff - doesn't move, do not speak English well. There is no normal internet in the room. If you need it - forget about it. The give you a hotspot, that can be used any ware in Paris, nice! It has a map, call to receptionist .and free call to several countries. Again in terms of internet it didn't work. Rooms are very small, clean+/-4 out of 5. They need to update their linens. For abot 250E/night - this should be much better hotel.
I had a great time at this convenient location. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. I loved that they provided a smartphone for foreign travelers, these little details do set the hotel apart from the rest. Good breakfast, location and service.
We arrived at the hotel which was a few minutes from the bust stop we got off at, The receptionist made me feel welcome and was very helpful throughout. The hotel gave us a free upgrade too which was so nice of them. We stayed there for 3 nights and although we do not normally stay in boutique hotels it was a pleasure. The room was nice although rather compact but it had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location too. Pros: Bed and bathroom is amazing. Easy to get to the hotel and famous tourist attractions Staff are helpful Netflix on the TV!!! They provide you with a mobile Any time we had a problem the staff solved it quickly English speaking Clean and warm Cons (very little): Breakfast is rather expensive for the little selection they have to offer Would be great if they had spa facilities
I stayed at La Villa des Ternes for one night only but would have happily stayed longer. I was greated very warmly, all staff was extremely polite and the room comfortable, clean and quite. I had a great sleep and nothing negative to say about the property. Definitely a recommendation, also as it is very easily reached via metro.
Great hotel with wonderful room and forniture! Really lovely to spend some days in Paris. There is also close an amazing boulangerie (bakery)!! The position is quite good good from and to the airport, but to go to the center it takes from 10 to 15 minutes by foot!
We chose this place to avoid the worst of the tourist crowds in the heart of Paris and for good communications e.g. to Versaille and La Seine Musicale concert hall which we were visiting. Extremely convenient from Gare du Nord on the No. 43 bus - virtually door to door so no need to struggle with bags on the Metro. Hotel is very comfortable and got a very good welcome. Room was a tad small but no street noise (we faced the rear). There was a sort of internal corridor in the room where we put our bags. All equipment excellent - bedding; bathroom etc. Very techy environment and great if you like TV and films (I don't). However the gadget they give you for finding tourist attractions was very helpful. Having said that if you decide to go to the Catacombs be prepared for a 4 hour wait!! We really enjoyed going to Leon Bruxelles just around the corner from the hotel for a superb fish meal. The only minor grouch I had in the room was holding the hairdryer so that it stays on! Nothing else to complain about. Would return.
