Excellent value for money hotel - good location to train station/metro, room was very clean and well equipped, coffee machine with free pods, bed very comfortable, quiet, quick and easy check in/out. Would highly recommend

We asked for new towels and said that we would get them. We returned the evening. The room was untidy and no new towels to be found. I had to go down again and ask why we didnt get new towels. The answer was "You didnt?" That means there is no good communication between staff members.Anyway the bed was good, the aircon was good. but the cleaningness wasnt good!

The hotel is very conveniently located, just opposite to jardin de austerliz railway station and a ten minutes walk to the bank of seine river from where you can get a boat for river cruise. You will have one or two departmental store very close to the hotel from where you can buy food items for daily need. The monoprix is also quite close to the hotel. The hotel is very very clean. The only issue was room and the washroom was pretty small. And we were having problem to find a convenient place in the room to keep our luggage so that things could be taken out and put back easily. But anyway location compensated it all. And I was happy that we choose this hotel.

We stayed here many nights at summer trip to Paris. + price + location near the metro and train stations + restaurants, supermarkets, patisseries and creperies nearby + friendly English speaking staff at reception + comfy beds + tea facilities in room + air conditioning + free wifi + quite good breakfast - no minibar in room - early cleaning in rooms = can't sleep because of hoovering noises (knocking walls and door with hoover) and slamming doors loudly - cleaning in rooms = our stuff were many times at floor (they were on the table when we left to the city) and housekeeper left also his/her dirty cleaning towel and dirty bed linen on our own stuff, quite disgusting... - quite poor soundproofing

The staff can speak English. The location is good and the district is very safe. The room is very big for two persons. There are many restaurants near the hotel and a small supermarket which is very convenient.

Stayed 3 nights in a small but modern room. Updated washroom and fixtures throughout. Bonus was air conditioning and elevator. New windows were well sealed from the street noise.Pleasant and bright breakfast room; reasonable charge of 10 EU for breakfast with choice of items. Hotel was well located with the wonderful national botanical gardens adjacent and Austerlitz railway station across the street.

The hotel is very close to public transportation both trains and buses. The rooms have sufficient space, with comfortable beds, and very clean bathroom. You'll also find a variety of food choices, supermarket, and ATMs around the hotel.

My boyfriend and I had a few days away to Paris for my birthday treat in February. Had a fabulous time and saw everything - metro train station across the road for transport. Room was small and cosy but expected this as seen from the reviews and being located in a busy city. Room was very smart, modern and clean but bit hot so kept windows open most of the time. Our room was out the back so no view but good to be away from busy main road. Only complaint would be the staff hoovering and cleaning very early and banging the hoover off the doors/walls waking us up! But understand they need to do they're job at this time. Also, on the final day we planned to leave early-ish to venture out to Disney land were we had booked tickets. When we woke at around 9/10, there was no hot water from the shower at all and when asking the reception why, they informed us that the hot water must've run out?! Not great for a fair sized hotel in the early morning when most people like to get ready! Annoyingly waited a while with no improvement and rushed a cold shower so we could leave and get on with our day. Apart from that the overall location was great with lovely patisserie outside a few shops down which had great sandwiches and pain au chocolate! :) quick taxi ride to and from town late at night wasn't expensive either. Nice hotel would chose different one for next time but good for short trip! Some fabulous French feeling restaurants we stumbled across were: Le Petit Poucet, at Place de Clichy near Moulin Rouge; Saint Dominique - sat outside, few streets the Eiffel Tower right next to a very posh Michelin star restaurant 'Les Fables de La Fountaine' which was a bit too pricey for us.

Great modern hotel, great breakfast, good service , good level of English , very well connected to many attractions in Paris since metro station is just across the street. Many restaurants just next to hotel! Beautiful park behind it. Highly recommended.

The check-in went well and the first two days everything was fine. In the last day, the floor of my room started constraction about 8.30am and knoking on my door. We leave the room about 9.30am and we did the check-out, in the end of the check-out (10min later) I realized I had left the clock in the room, When I got there, had already dismantled almost half the room, and the operator told me that he had not seen him. In conclusion I was without my watch. The manager even told me that I should have seen well before leaving the room.
