The location is perfect near Metro. Room was clean, with a certain no nonsense attitude. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, certain newspapers in the lobby. We returned and will come back again. This time we had a room at the backside. Less street noise.Staff very friendly.
The hotel is very close to the metro to go around Paris. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby. We booked a comfort room we got upgraded to a larger room which is great. Very nice staff at the reception.
Very Bad lighting, thee was no soap or shampoo and towels are small, shower cabine leaking a lot of water all over the place. Nice staff kind attention at the reception. Room and bathroom too small not comfortable
I would like to have given this hotel a five-star rating, but for reasons set out below cannot. On the plus side the location is excellent, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the room comfortable, clean, and very good value, given its location in central Paris, just a few steps from Gare d'Austerlitz. In addition breakfast (10€ supplement) is copious and of good quality. On the downside the bathroom is deficient: sink doesn't drain properly; soap dispenser in shower doesn't function; toilet door doesn't close properly. These are all minor defects which could easily be resolved, but so far haven't been. Tips: 1. The hotel is undergoing renovation so access is through a garage door, connection via interphone, and is quite difficult to spot at night. Tips: 2. Ask for room at back, overlooking the courtyard, away from traffic on busy Blvd. de l'Hôpital.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for our quick stay in Paris. Having read the negative reviews as well as the available information on the hotel, we decided to stay here anyway. The hotel lobby is being renovated, so yes it is a bit of a tight squeeze, but it’s not the end of the world. We stayed in the “cosy” room which was exactly as described and looked the same as the photos - small and cosy! The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless & the bed was so comfortable. The metro and RER C are about 20 seconds walk away, so the hotel is really well connected & you can get to all major sites easily. There’s various cafes and bistros and small convenience store located downstairs. Given some of the reviews on here, I was really pleasantly surprised!!
There is no lobby in the hotel which is very disappointing when the check in time is late noon and you reach the hotel in the morning. Also the rooms are very small as well as bathroom. You cannot move or turn around properly inside the bathroom and you have to almost directly jump on the bed after opening the room door.
I selected this hotel due to its location and proximity of the hotel from some important landmarks in Paris. Full marks for cleanliness and friendly staff. Bed quality have room for improvement. It would be good to add some more variety in breakfast buffet.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend the hotel was in a great location with a metro just across the road which was easy to use. The hotel was both clean and modern which is all we could of asked for as we didn’t spend much time there. Would defiantly recommend this hotel and would stay here again for sure. The staff are also very helpful and speak very good English.
We paid £139 for two nights. It was reasonably clean and comfortable. Shower leaked badly flooding the bathroom. Breakfast offering was very poor. Location was ok but Ubers needed to get to any landmarks. Parking was a 10 minute walk.
Its a nice hotel! The attendance is very kind and has a lot of restaurants and subway (metro) near, but the room and bathroom is so small and tight and the Wi-Fi doesnt work right, is too slow. But i recommend because the metro take you to all city.
