Bathroom sink didnt drain properly, otherwise no issues.

The staff, Benoit, Ernesto and Marianne are very helpful to give us advice on where we can go.

The hotel’s location was close to the Opera Garnier, shopping and Metro stops. Our room was tidy and cozy, but adequate for travelers. The 24/7 desk staff was friendly, spoke English, and gave useful information. Our room was a bit stuffy and warm at night, so we just opened a window. There was some street noise Saturday night, as expected. The cost was also reasonable and we would go back. The twin beds were quite comfortable too!

Hotel is nice and located at tourist area with many restaurants and shopping mall.

This hotel is an excellent value in a great location. It is close to the Metro, Shopping, and great cafes. The front desk manager, Rene, was the friendliest man! He gave excellent directions when I needed them and even gave me 3 free Metro tickets a guest had left behind! They provide you with a clean, modern room equipped with a kettle, coffee, teas and biscuits as well as Madeleine cookies! The Metro is a bit noisy but honestly it sounds like a thunderstorm and is very intermittent. It is safe and for the price it is well worth it! I also stayed a Le Grande Hotel Paris and it is over 5 times the price and only 2 blocks away. Save your Euros and use this hotel.
