Extremely small. No room to place the luggage. Toilet on one side of room, sink on the other side. Had to jump on tbe bed to go from toilet to sink. Noise from train right across from room. Hallway pitch dark. Needs few seconds for lights to turn before able to walk. Good location in paris. Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Multiple restuarants walking distance . One of the staff was nice in helping me check my flight. Other ones not too helpful.

Great staff Stephan at front desk was excellent. He was extremely helpfull

My first time in Paris was amazing. Thanks to the hotel for making it happen. Everything was walking distance from me and the accessibility to the train station was a big plus. The view from the room was amazing, just like in the movies, it was just breathtaking. WIFI wasn’t as strong, but hey ... drop yours phones and explore the city. Rooms are small (European style) but everything was just perfect. I definitely recommend this location and will come back again !! The staff made me feel welcome and safe especially since it was a solo trip.

We were only at the hotel for one evening and it was a pleasant enough experience. The one hiccup was the hotel forgot to send the shuttle/taxi to the airport to pick us up, which had been previously arranged for them to do. But, it's very easy to catch a cab at the airport, which actually turned out to be cheaper then the hotel's price to pick us up! The room was very clean, but very small! The breakfast that they provided (which you do pay extra for) was very nice and offered a lot of options. The location and street the hotel is on was very good. An easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which could be seen from our balcony window. They did hold our luggage for us since we were not leaving for the airport until 8:00 pm that evening, which we appreciated.

The room was okay but very small. No room to move around if your luggage is on the floor. Staff wasn’t very helpful with early check in even by a hour. Also there were stains on the floor and street noise quite loud. They told us breakfast wasn’t included but once I showed the reservation, they realized they made a mistake. Anyways, overall this is a 2.5 out of 5 for us. Will never go back. Also pictures a deceiving...

Pros: if you requested a room with a eifel tower view be sure you are getting rooms 505 or 605. All othet rooms even if description says you will have a view...what a joke! You will have yo squeeze yourself against to window to see the tip of the tower! Staff very accommodating. Small breakfast but plenty of delicious pastries, fresh squeezed OJ and coffee. Modern design. Small but great rain shower. Much better than most hotels in Europe for under 500€ /night. Think your expectations before booking. Cons: if you are not on rooms 505 or 605 you will have to leave one suitcase outside the room or there will be no room for the 2 of you! No glamorous lobby. Be aware this is a small hotel, 5-6 rooms per floor. Hotel sits right across from a train station.

Nice good location, only 1 night stay, family room had good view

Perfect location. Paid 1/2 of what comparably located hotels were listing. Room was amazing, view of the Eiffel Tower out of our window. Within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Twenty minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Metro across the street. The staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book again!

The location of this hotel was great. There are a lot of delicious resturaunts nearby. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were so unbelievably friendly and helpful the entire time! We just spent a couple of nights but it was a very chic, nice hotel. The room was a bit small but we were barely in the room so it didn't matter.

This hotel although dark in it's color somehow creates a warm vibe. The hotel reminds me of a vegas tyoe hotel and is not what you would expect for Paris especially so close to the eiffel tower. The bed is very comfortable and as a plether of pillows. The metro station right outside is perfect for getting anywhere in the city. Have stayed at many places in paris and this is a top I would return to.

Room very clean however very small. Great for a quick trip where you will not be spending much time in the room.

The hotel had a nice view of the eiffel tower. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. The only downside was you had to walk to a lot attractions that were far away

Free Wifi is great. Room is small by American standards but is more than enough to sleep and shower. 10 min walk to the tower. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Very safe area, almost all the locations spoke English. Annoying light in hallways is motion activated, but the sensor is in the middle of the hallway... Thus leaving you in the dark! Our room had a view of the tower.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Let's see, where to start: Dirty...bad smell. Hardly any lighting in the room. Spotty Wi-Fi at best....never could connect. Room was Nasty. And had a really bad smell. Tried to call first desk numerous times....busy, busy, busy! When I told the desk manager...he said there was no problem with the phone. Needed two extra pillows...they could only find one. Food was left out overnight uncovered in little kitchen area....for the next day breakfast. Right across street from metro. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND....NASTY PLACE!

Hello, Thank you for sharing your review on your recent stay with us. We are disappointed that we missed your hotel expectations. In regards the the bathroom and room size they are the typical Parisian archetectual style. We welcome you back for any future stay in one of our Double Superior or Suites that a bit larger in size. Have a nice day. Best regards, Reception Team

Thank you very much for your answer in this survey. We are really sad to read that you weren't satisfy by your stay with us. We are really sorry for that. Concerning the breakfast included in your reservation, we would like to inform you that it's not exactly our fault. There is some system issues between our expedia system and our system and the breakfast for some of reservation doesn't appear on the reservation we receive. We had already contact our ITs and this issue should solve very quickly. Concerning the size of our rooms, it corresponds to the French requirements but it is true that it is different from some other countries or continents. Concerning a early check in, we would like to inform that we are doing our best to have your room as soon as possible but the last month it's really difficult to have rooms earlier that 13.30-14.00. due to high occupancy of the hotel. We are almost fully booked every day. Concerning the stains on the floor, there is a special cleaning staff which you come and it's going to be done the next weeks. For the street noise and you could read in several other comments you could not really hear it inside your rooms due to quite a good isolation from outside (2 windows) but of course you could not avoid completly the noise, you are in the center of Paris!!! We are really for the inconvinience caused. Don't hesitate to contact us for your next stay that wre could prepare really your stay in First Hotel. We hope to see you back in our hotel. Kinds regard, Stéphane

Dear andry, Thank you very much to answer on this survey. Thank you very much for your nice word about our team.We will transmitt them this message. This will encourage them to continue their effor to be better and better. We happy also to read that you appreciat our breakfast and the confort about hotel. As we could read on your comment unfortunatly you weren't completly about your stay next to us. Concerning your remarks about the size and the view, we would like to inform that all our ooms have very nice view, the most of them you don't have to squeeze on the windwo as you said. Parisian hotels are very often confronted with remarks concerning the area of their rooms. Our rooms area comply with French regulations, which is certainly different from other European countries. Kinds regards, Stephane
