We had a fantastic stay at the Lyric. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Best showers also.
The air conditioning was good. Compared to other places we stayed in France, we were relatively cool throughout our stay.
The hotel and its decor are nice. Quiet place so you van rest well. Staff is friendly and willing to help out.
The Lyric Hotel is well located and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. The Metro stop is less than two short blocks away and the walk to L'Opera is ten minutes. Lyric has positive amenities like close proximity to restaurants and eateries, a relaxing spa area and a very clean swimming pool. There’s even a grocery store on the corner. Some rooms offer a view of the Eiffel Tower👍 We stayed in two rooms as we were a party of four and the bedding was modern, clean and comfortable. Our only concerns (which we reported to the hotel staff) was a lack of “hot” water and spotty WiFi service. If you’re fine with warm water for showering then you’ll be fine. However, if you like the option of a hot shower to wash off the day’s sweat then you’ll be disappointed. I would willingly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers if the “hot water” issue was fixed and corrected.
Hotel staff made it easy decision staying here they responded to every email sent in timely manner. Staff arranged for car service to and from CDG Airport on short notice allowing us more time for sight seeing. Hotel held tickets for Louvre ensuring we were able to by pass long waiting lines. I mustn't forget the cleanliness of hotel room and fact they provided Smartphone with free Wifi and calling services to USA. Additionally, the bed and bathroom were beyond my expectations given the stories I've heard of rooms being tiny the Lyric is the exception. One important fact the post office and cafes within walking distance. Lastly, the terry cloth bathrobes and cozy Male and Female slippers was a pleasant surprise and when Valentine informed me the slippers were complimentary and I should take with me I nearly hugged her to death. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel !!!
It’s nice and all, but there were problems. The wi-if didn’t work the first night, the temperature is centrally controlled, and the maids or someone else went through my things. The temperature on the final night was uncomfortably hot. Imagine a sweaty sleep...no fun.
We really loved our stay at Lyric Hotel. We were staying in room 104 - a suite. The room is huge to Paris standards with in particular a fantastic bathroom. The bedding is really good, the room is extremely quiet thanks to double windows. This is a relatively quiet area, next to rue Ste Anne (if you like Japanese or Korean food) and a 10 minute walk to Opera. We really liked the area as it is central yet not too busy, the perfect mix in Paris. The hotel is good at small details. For example, in the shower, they have a system of capsules (think Nespresso) to add essential oils to the water of the shower. In our suite, the decoration is a mix of modern and classic, we really loved it. They have a small spa (with hammam and sauna) that we did not visit.
The hotel is very clean, bed is comfortable. Water flow is great in shower. Staffs are wonderful and helpful. My luggage was lost from airplane. The second day, hotel stuff helped airline people and put my luggage in my room. I was surprised to see my bag in my room when I was back from sightseeing.
Clean, bright imaginative design motif, decent size room, modernized; location a little off the beaten path but walking distance to most of the city's major sites
The hotel was great for exploring Paris, its many landmarks and great restaurants. It is close enough to the sites, but far enough so that you aren't overwhelmed by tourists. The hotel staff, the modern unique look and feel and comfort of the rooms, and the location make it a great place to call home after a day out on the town.
Unexpected new and nice hotel room with comfortable bed
we stayed at paris for a short romantic vacation The hotel was on quiet street but a distance walking to the opera and shoping centers the room was small but very nice and comfort
The best part about the hotel was the convenient location for subway, and tourist sights. Also, as an opera fan, the location, plus the theme was perfect. The cleaning staff has to get a little better at reading the "do not disturb" sign on the door though.....tried to sleep in one day after a late night out and they kept knocking!
