The hotel is wonderfully located in the 2nd And.which is walking distance to all of the major sites. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend the extra money for breakfast as it is quite reasonable for the area. All and all a great hotel.

I really wanted to love my experience. The hotel is in an excellent location straddling my two favorite areas and has lots of lovely personality. It was really clean and the staff were pleasant. But I happened to stay during their summer renovations and was given a room right above the lobby where the heavy portion of the work was being done. Throughout the day there were pounding noises and vibrations from below and the other side of the walls and it persisted from morning to the late afternoon. Resting in the room between sightseeing during the day was impossible and sleeping in was also impossible. They should never have assigned this room to guests. I stuck it out the first day but finally talked to them the second day but, while being apologetic, they couldn't do anything and didn't even try. They also said that they were done with construction but it continued the next day. They also couldn't get the wifi to work on my phone and I had a difficult time communicating with them at check-in about linking two reservations. It's a nice place but the experience was just so frustrating and unsatisfying for me. I certainly hope this was a fluke and that it won't be an issue to anyone else.

What not to like about Paris. Food = great, museums = great, tours = great...

Location of the Hotel is OK. The staff was OK at best. We asked the front desk to get our sheet changed twice in a row and they did not change it until we complained again. Didn't let it bother us, but it was disappointing.

I highly recommend it! Nice location and friendly staff

We've been to Paris quite a few times and this hotel is by FAR the best we've even had the pleasure of staying at with a wonderful and helpful staff, great amenities, a really good buffet breakfast, happy hour where they set up snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for you and a terrific and roomy (by Paris standards) room We love the film theme and there's even a theatre downstairs. Wifi was great (until after 10pm when it got a bit wonky--but if that's the only complaint...) Air conditioning (very important to us) really rocked as did the turnover service. Even the soaps were fantastic. And we were able to walk almost everywhere. If you plan on staying in Le Marais--this is the place!

Excellent 5 star customer service. Great location.

Unique movie motif with all rooms and facilities interestingly decorated. The location is very near two Metro stops with one of these right across the street. The staff was quite helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area and there are quite a few very good choices for food within a short walking distance. Rooms are a bit small and could use a bit more luggage space but comfortable. Free breakfast is typical European selection but quite good. The hotel is also a very short taxi ride to the train station which was one of our critieria

The staff is very friendly and helpful. 123Sebastopol is centrally located , there is a Metro station just across the street. The hotel has a playful cinema theme throughout. Excellent breakfast; I will stay there again!

The staff is very welcoming and there were no language barriers with me only knowing English. They also recommended some amazing brassieres walking distance from the hotel. It's a great location as it borders la marais and about equidistant (20-25 minutes) from the louvre and notre dame. The bed was also the most comfortable I've ever had in Europe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cute little boutique hotel with super friendly staff. In a fantastic los action near marais

Location was perfect for us, every where we needed to go was close. The metro is just a block away. The building was very secure and felt safe when returning late at night. Staff there was super nice and very helpful with everything. We even had a bottle of champagne and fruit platter waiting in our room one evening from the manager!

Our expectations were surpassed by this hotel! The service - excellent. Friendly, helpful, warm. The accommodations - wonderful. Great, modern shower comfortable bed L'Occitane toiletries robes and slippers and a daily replenishment of French candies. The location - perfection. 10 minute walk to The Seine, the Louvre, the Pont de Neuf. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

The location is amazing! The staff eas outstanding! The boutique hotel is unique. My only isdue that room was warm. I had a room facing the square, whichI lived but noise from street when opened window.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great service with the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience in Paris.

The hotel's staff is very helpful. The room is clean. The neighborhood is hard to find and very local. At night it is dark and not on main street. So, just something to consider for females traveling alone.

Very nice clean hotel. The amenities are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful with local information and transportation to the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was small but clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff and hotel manager were extremely friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant and taxi reservations, and were more than happy to lend us a European iPhone charger when we realized we had forgotten ours. The hotel is located close to several Metro stations which makes transportation around Paris easy and inexpensive and they permitted us to store our luggage in a secure area while we were out and about on the day of our departure. We will certainly be back..
