Hotel is located in ok neighbourhood. Elevator works only for luggage, funky smelling staircase. Sleeping part of the room is relatively ok. ONLY ONE SOCKET for electrical apliances , so bring some extenders. Bathroom is ... real acrobatic experience - should be renovated. Not the best soundproof. Funky smell in the room. Clean sheats though. Should be even more cheaper. Nice and friendly staff. When I booked it said breakfast included in the price.. it was not. ( not via booking ).

Close to metro and nice staff. You get what you paid for. Small rooms, but oneway-road so quite you can har it in central of Paris. Only the portie spoke english none of the other staff. The breakfast was boring, 1 glas of juice 1 small bread (tasteless), 1 croissant, coffee /the. Butter and jam.

Dirty, rooms in very bad conditions, tiny bathroom. Lift only works for one person at a time. Very little light in the rooms and almost no plug available. The TV was not working. Did not dare to have breakfast in the hotel

Hi I just stayed in these hotel for 3 nights my vacation in Paris,France ...prices was good and the location is 7min near metro..then the night in the hotel 1st night it was bad coz you can hear the other guest to the next room talking, like the doors and steps sound you can hear everything so these is not a soundproof building..soundproofing was very poor on the room..so i tok a shower but the shower dont work it gives so lil water.. my room has a nice view from the street with veranda..so looks descent and clean..room but my total experienced was in 2star or 1 ..if you save and dont mind the noises so is ok for you but these hotel is not a place to relax at all...and by the way telephone in the room dont work at all so you need to go up and down to the reception..elevator is good for one person only so if you live 6th or 5th floor so you need to take the stairs.

Good location. Room was ok regarding size, clean and service. The bathroom needs a repair, including the faucets. ( Water continues running ). We stayed 5 nights there, All receptionists were extremely frindly and supportive. If I come back in Paris, I would stay there.

Me and my boyfriend are a you couple that just wanted a cheap weekend away! This hotel was perfect for us, perfect location, rooms are average, maid service every day, staff speak English, showers could of been a little bigger but over all if you are looking for a cheap but nice hotel here is great! Quite a walk from the Eiffel Tower but if you get uber app on your phone it only costs €10 to anywhere! Shop right opposite hotel which was good for having breakfast, overall average but would defiantly visit here again if we come to Paris !

The hotel location is really good. Two blocks from the Metro station and many restaurants and bars close by. It has a small grocery store right in from that sells everything you might need at good prices. The rooms are small (which is not a big deal) but the bathrooms .... extremely small and inadequate. Rooms are smelly and there is no AC in them. Beds are comfortable. If you can; look for other hotels near by, because, as stated, the location is great.

No one should have such a terrible experience for a holiday! The reception staff were almost absent, most of the time on their personal phones and out for smoking. Not helpful, not knowledgeable, with no work ethic. Poor services, level of cleanliness very doubtful. All in all, strongly recommend: do not try!!

My friend and I booked in for 2 nights last week the 23rd of May. We were greeted with the rudest staff member who grunted and barked at us. This continued on right to Friday morning when we checked out. Barked sorry grunted and pointed at us to use emergency door wouldn't assist us when we were stuck just stood behind desk shouting. Very rude man! The Stairs is not for the faint hearted so please do not stay here if you struggle, as you have quite the trek. They have a lift device that only fits one person, but I would not trust it. The bathrooms were filthy and towels were not washed daily. Rooms were disgustingly stuffy and not easy to sleep in. This premises overall is extremely poor and all it has going for it is the location. Its near to the metro but then again it's paris the metro is never that far away! Would not stay here again and would not advise it to anyone.

The bathroom was filthy, so small that you cannot move. There was mould everywhere and bugs. The shower head was unable to adjust therefore it did not cover my whole body. It was like I meant as well not shower. Bad TV reception and no wifi! I didn't like the fact we had to hand over the key everytime we left the place..
