Not an ideal VRBO experience

Was not able to stay at "18 - Urban Luxury Parisian Home in Montorgueil" due to a leak and wasn't notified until I was on my flight into Paris. The 3rd party vendor that manages these homes Urban Flats in Paris was nice enough to offer an "upgraded" unit in return. The "upgraded" property had mold, dirty floors, hair on the bedsheets, stained table, water damage on the walls, and was unbearably cold with nothing but space heaters to keep you warm. After reading some reviews it seems we might have been victim of the old bait and switch. I can't confirm that. We left the "upgraded" unit in better shape then what we found it in.Shared the above with VRBO, including pictures and was told there was nothing they could do to help or help make things right. This was very disappointing considering considering my experience.
