Hotel Eiffel Segur3.0 out of 5.0

It's a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is perfect...just that rooms are too small...metronis just near by and Eiffel Tower is 20mins distance walking...lots of small cafes and stores near by.
We stayed here for three nights May 26- May 29. The room was small with a awkward layout all around that made it difficult for two persons in the same room. Shower is very tight, and I’m a normal sized person, and I routinely moved the handle to full cold, or full hot, or off while showering! How about this, no toilet paper holder of any kind unless you count the tiled ledge two feet above and behind the toilet. You hear all the plumbing noises from adjoining rooms. They provide a chair in the room when there’s no desk and it really is nothing more than an awkward piece of furniture that’ll trip you up as you navigate what little space there is making your way around the bed to the bathroom & closet. There was no view worth mentioning. This room is listed as Superior, somehow I think they’re reading a definition from something other than a dictionary! We opted out of breakfast and from what I could see available it was a good decision. Two days before departure we inquired about transportation to CDG and they have a promotion at the sign in desk for 36 Euro for two persons! It’s a shared shuttle service BUT nowhere does it say that on the sign. That shuttle service, at least the driver we got was horrible! We left the hotel at 9:30 am for a 1:00 flight and arrived at our terminal at 11:15!!! We opted for driving in lieu of RER because of the total number of bags. I really expected a direct, for us only transport to CDG and were led to believe that was what we signed up for since that’s what we asked for. BTW, the hotel gets a 12 Euro reservation fee so I’m sure that’s why they promote that instead of making a taxi reservation for you instead! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in that regard. If the five or more three star hotels we’ve stayed at in Paris this is my least favorite.
Had a great long weekend in Paris. The hotel was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and could be seen from our room window. Close to train lines so very convenient for getting around Paris to see all the sights. The hotel provides a good variety breakfast and included gluten free options for myself which was a nice touch to meet my dietary requirements. Would recommend.
Lovely hotel. Only downside was the painting being done in the hallways that we weren't told about beforehand so almost stepped in paint getting to our room. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very welcoming. Would deffinetly stay again and recommend to others. Great location, right next to the metro.
Not sure why this hotel received good ratings and certificate of excellent. There is no AC and the staff told us they won’t open the AC in May. We stayed at other hotels and there is AC there. The service is bad. There is no lotion or any other things in the bathroom. All they have is shower gel. The room is extremely small and stuffed.
Location of the hotel is very good , staff was kind , Rooms were clean . For my next trip I can stay again in this hotel . They are also organising shuttle to the airport which is very helpfull .. Strongly recomended .
The room and the location were absolutely perfect for our needs. The breakfast was wonderful as well. However, it was the staff that made our stay something extra special! When I return to Paris, this hotel will be my home for the visit.
A very comfortable and still not overexpensive place for those who need to stay close to the Eiffel Tower/Trocadero/UNESCO. You can easily walk anywhere in Paris from its location, and a few metro stations very near.
Clean, good locale, nice staff, excellent service. I truly enjoyed my time in Paris and the hotel was very comfortable. Book the room with breakfast, very convenient. When arriving at CDG, ask the hotel to book a transport, it's worth it.
Ok. The hotel is clean, the staff amenable. However I booked a double ‘superior’ room which could by no stretch of the imagination be described as superior in any way. We had originally booked for 4 nights so a wardrobe would have been useful. Instead there was a half sized cupboard not long enough for our coats and no room for anything else. The ‘private’ shower was in a tiny cupboard next to the bed with a tiny basin stuck in front of it. I know Parisian hotels rooms can be small but this truly felt like the toilet and shower were in the bedroom. The air con didn’t work either and the room was noisy with the traffic and train line. I complained and the staff put us in another room for one night which at least had a bathroom but again incredibly small and you had to be a contortionist to get in and out if the shower.
