The room was too small.
Like most places in Paris the room was a bit small but one can manage around it. the bathroom was a decent size though. Overall it was a good experience. The location is good and convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Also walkable to most places within 50 to 60 minutes. The Metro (subway) is only a block away and will get you to almost anywhere.
Overall the hotel was great! The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, and we had a great conversation with them about our travels and they seemed so excited for us. Because of our rapport, I feel like they may have told housekeeping to hurry and get a room for us because I later heard one of the housekeepers complaining about us in French to another housekeeper (they shouldn’t assume Americans don’t speak French! Lol). The place is a little dated, and the elevator is quite small, but the room was comfortable. No air conditioner but a fan was provided. We also left the balcony door open at night and it helped keep us cool while sleeping. The hotel is in a great area of Monmartre, near the Moulin Rouge and lots of shops and restaurants. A great location! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
We reserved a family room for 4 people. There was very little space, the room was old and pipes rusty. There was only one air cooler for one of the two rooms. We stayed for an entire week and were charged for the entire week at the check-in before we could see the room. Great location.
This hotel is a basic hotel nothing fancy but it serves its purpose, it has a great location in Montmartre close to the Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and the famous restaurant street Abbesses, lots of options for food there are also 2 metro stations nearby, Blanche and Place de Clichy, also bus #68 will take you to the Gallerie Lafayette, Opera, Louvre, D'Orsay, etc. If you want to be close to all the attractions this is not your place because the metro takes 24 to 30 mins to take you to the Louvre and so is the bus. The hotel is quiet, clean and the people at the front desk are very nice, polite and helpful.
Nice location. Very hospitable and helpful staff (allowed me to check in early), well furniture room. The only issue would be lack of AC (they have heating) but still it wasn't too hot. Overall I had a good experience.
