My wife and I were thrilled with the fact that we had a king sized bed and the location of the hotel was excellent. However, the A/C is weird in that if you are not moving about, it turns off. Hence, twice in the middle of the night, we awoke in a very, very warm room. When I questioned the staff about this they shrugged and said that many people have complained about this! (But obviously, nothing has been done about it). Finally, DO NOT ORDER THE BUFFET IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. It is limited and the cost was an astronomical $+/-$40 US per person. It was not worth half of that.

This was my third stay at the hotel and I am continually impressed with the staff, the location, and the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel and great location. Very modern facilities and great staff.

Wonderful staff, clean and modern, lots of technology throughout the room. Quiet enclave in great location next to wonderful cafes and sites.

Very quiet location. Lovely staff. Excellent car service to the airport w Cyril👍👍

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Great location, very friendly staff, nice bar & restaurant and our room was spacious and very clean. Only one minor issue was they tried to change us for 1 item from the minibar which we didn't have but they quickly removed it when we questioned it. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location for this boutique hotel in the 7 th Commune in Paris. Room was small but well equipped. Dinner at restaurant was not great, service was decent. Many better options to eat in the neighborhood.

A very memorable stay quiet, nice, clean relaxing rooms. Small rooms but that was expected. Location was ideal for my first time in Paris. A 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Shopping and restaurants and a comer store all waking distance.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. Rooms were excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, located within walking distance to most attractions and a short cab/Uber ride to the rest. Highly recommend to others!!

We had ants invasion to our superior suite during our stay. The housekeeping and reception staffs were aware of the problems and trying to help us as much as possible...however, the manager wasn't there to deal with the issues and we had not received any official apology from the hotel management. They did not put us into another room and it seems that the hotel management was trying to ignore the issues by pretending it was not a big deal...We are very disappointed since it is a five star hotel and we did pay quite a lot to the upgraded room.

My wife and I stayed here for several nights as part of an anniversary trip to Paris. The hotel staff all spoke English, making communication easy. The standard room was very clean and quiet and the proximity to transit and the Eiffel Tower made it convienent to access. However, the room was rather small, making it difficult to even find a place to put our bags. The worst part was the bed, which was very firm, and gave us several nights of bad sleep. Eventually we requested an additional comforter, folded it multiple times (along with our existing comforter), and slept on top of eight layers of additional softness... which did I help. If it wasn't for the bed situation, we would stay there again, as the price was very reasonable, but it's just not worth it.

The hotel is in a quiet area close to metro and rue de cler. Most of the sights are a 15min walk. It was super hot on our visit so we took racialist everywhere. If you want to be in the heart of everything I don't recommend this location. The staff is amazing!! The concierge is so helpful with your every question!

We were greeted by a welcoming staff and given a tour of the hotel at check-in. The hotel is small with modern decor and has a restaurant and small bar on site. We stayed in a classic room which, as expected based of the square footage noted on the website, was small. Still the room was gorgeous and clean. Being a person who is wary of hotel beds no matter how many stars a hotel has, I really appreciated the all white bedding. No busily patterned duvet hiding questionable stains. There was wine, water, and coffees in the room as well as a minibar. The coffee was complimentary but we weren't sure about the rest so left it alone. One evening upon our return to the room there was a knock on our door and the staff member kindly informed us that the water was complimentary as well. There was no ice bucket in the room and we saw no ice machine with which to fill it anyway. But, then again, a noisy ice machine would have ruined the tranquility of the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood (at least to this citygirl!). There are cafes/restaurants and some shops in the vicinity but the area was not as busy as say the 1st arrondisement where many tourist attractions are located. Note: There were not too many taxis in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so you'll need to book one if you plan to take a taxi to the airport. However, the concierge booked our taxi which was on time and waiting when needed. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at Le Cinq Codet.

Amazing hotel with very nice and pleasant staff. Recommend the duplex suite with a bath.
