Charming hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to museums, restaurants and metro. Clean, safe, and comfortable. I was a solo traveler meeting friends who were staying nearby. I would return on next visit to Paris.

I won’t come back again!

After seeing different photos online, I have reserved and asked for a pink room if available. When I arrived, the receptionist was quite dismissive and said she saw my little note. It will depend on whatever they have today and that’s it. I did end up with a pink room, but after this “friendly” welcome, I will not return again. The room is small, the wall is thin and is not sound proof.

The hotel is nice and has a great location. The design of the room is pretty and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. The bedroom itself is quite small and the bathroom had a lot of draft from the window even after shutting it as tight as we could, so showers and bathroom trips were chilly. Other than that, service was excellent and it was a good experience!

Found the hotel quite difficult to deal with prior to my stay - I recieved an email saying they wanted my credit card details via email ahead of me arriving and that my booking would be cancelled unless I provided within 24 hours. This was sent while I was in transit from Australia and most of this time had elapsed - the staff were not very accommodating and this caused quite a bit of stress. Was able to get it solved but found the staff's instance to email my credit card details concerning (even on the phone)

I totally LOVED this property, of course for the decor location = between the Seine the Boulevard St. Germain, a "no brainer = walkable to everywhere!! .... But MOST important? Aside from Patricia, the Front Desk Manager ( arguably the 'heart & soul' of the place, her very warm welcome makes you immediately feel at 'home', to the extent possible at a boutique hotel)..... ALL of the staff at this hotel -- encountered over an 8-day stay, so I pretty much met everyone employed there -- proved to be courteous, professional, and above all, HELPFUL.... & so because of THEIR dedication to making every stay "problem free" (no matter a couple of minor 'cosmetic' functional issues encountered along the way) .... I would definitely chose to stay here again!

We could no stay in the hotel because of the size of the standard room. You are not even a It is mention that they have Air Conditioning that was no working. Nontheless, our credit card was charged for the whole stay. This people take advantage that if you stay 2 days in Paris ca not be spent arguing, Move to Hotel Madison and were able to enjoy Paris

After arriving home I realized we were over charged for daily fees. With booking on Expedia all taxes and fees were included and yet the day of check in the young man who spoke broken English insisted they were not and we were charged 108 euros for our stay when that was already included in our price.

Great experience. The staff were unbelievably helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Hotel is located very close to all major attractions. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Paris.
