We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff and manager were very personable, professional and helpful. Breakfast was great! The hotel is located near lots of well known restaurants. Historic sites and high end stores are also nearby. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Paris.

The room was described as “de luxe”. It was far from that. There was barely enough room for the bed, a tiny closet, not one single drawer. The bathroom was spacious (almost bigger than the bedroom) BUT the shower head did not work! We were told we couldn’t use the breakfast room if we were only having a continental breakfast; we had to sit in a sofa outside, without a table or take it to our tiny room. The elevator was out of order for 24 hours. The front desk staff was friendly (two Spanish girls), but the rest was indifferent. When we checked out, we told the manager on duty how we felt and she immediately told us none of that was their problem. I doubt very much we will be returning there.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. From the moment we booked to the day we arrived, everyone took very good care of us, handled our transportation for us and assisted in getting us to the Metro, finding great places to eat. Great location on the Left Bank near the Latin Quarter. The rooms are small but comfortable, very clean, nice bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Charming hotel and location!

We chose the Académie as our first stop for our honeymoon. The place is absolutely darling, and the staff was top notch! In a very old building, don’t look for a spacious room, but we didn’t mind. It was more than adequate for our needs, basically sleeping and showering while playing Parisian tourists. It was clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre, and Uber picked us up easily for other locations. The front desk graciously kept our bags (and even gave us a place to change) after our early morning arrival until our room was ready for check in. I highly recommend and hope to visit there again some day.
