The condo was amazing. The hot tub was closed 3 of the days we were there which was disappointing. The pool also struggled 1 of the days. All in all though it was a great time.

Absolutely perfect, condo very clean and modern, sitting on 3rd floor center gives you the best views,pool and hot tub cleaned every morning, delicious drinks and snacks at tiki bar, a must stay in my opinion

Great trip!! But could not do Laundry!

The main reason I deducted stars was because the washing machine did not work. It was never fixed. We had to go to a laundry mat to finish the towels we started!!! That was a let down!! Everything else with the condo was as expected and otherwise we had a great trip!!

Great view!

Let me just start by saying the host/property manager was so nice and very responsive. The condo is as pictured and we loved the decor. We also loved the location and the view as well. You do need to register/pay for parking prior to your arrival if you want an easy check in, and the cost is $50. I do have two complaints, the first would be that the washing machine does not work properly and it ruined our first load of laundry. The host was very responsive and offered to have someone come fix the issue the next day, but we asked that they wait until we leave. My second complaint would be that the bathrooms need thoroughly cleaned due to the strong smell of urine. Overall, we would stay here again! Thank you for a great trip!

Pros: location! location! location! Beautiful beaches! Close proximity to everything! Enough beds and space for all 8 of us! Cons: Needs some upkeep. The toilet in master bath ran constantly and the high pitch squeal was annoying. The washer / dryer does not work put a load in the wash and went to bed woke up and they were still washing.. force drained it a the dryer barely dried the cloths. There’s some rust on the wall in the guest bath that looked like poo! Overall we would stay again!

Positive is the location. Decor - good Couch was very worn out. We put sheets on them due to stains or wear. They were so flat so you sit on the springs Restaurants close that had great food was Runaway Island and also Sharkeys. The smell in the unit seemed to be stale cigarette smoke. I could be wrong with the description but it was not pleasant upon entering the condo every time. I worried that my clothes smelled liked the unit. Like a hospital, while in the unit, you adjusted to the odor. I’ve stayed at places where plenty of pantry items like spices were available, nice balcony furniture, nice beach chairs, etc. Not this unit. The balcony was directly above the pool. So close that someone from the pool could toss you a ball. Too close. Horrible parking and elevator. Elevator usage is typical with many places that have 15+ stories.

Excellent Condo and Location - - New Mattresses Needed

Stayed June 2024 with my husband and 2 teen girls. Everyone had a great time. Location was great, room was clean, and we had plenty of space. Right on the beach and not too high (easy to take the steps when the elevator was slow). Parking structure is very, very tight. My husband had no problems parking our F-150 but I would have never been able to do it. LOTS of space in master bath which is very unusual in condos. One major complaint (but not enough to mark them down) is the mattresses DESPERATELY need to be updated. They are loud, squeaky and uncomfortable. They are the old school “spring” type in both bedrooms and not at all restful. The owners would be well advised to invest in new mattresses. This was truly the only flaw.

This property is very nice and the level that it's located on made the stay very convenient to get to the beach and other places quicker. It was clean and nice on the inside, everything was comfortable. The only this that I didn't like is that the condo is set up for 8 people and it only supplied enough dishwashing liquid, trash bags, tissue, and paper towels for 1 day. When I called the lady stated that it's only a starter pack....I was ok with that if that's there rules but it needs to state that in the description box for this codo....I always bring extra things just in case just this time I forgot trash bags and had all the other stuff, when I called they basically refused to give me extra trash bags and said that the 2 13 gallon trash bags was all I was entitled to have, and I asked could I just have 1 until the next day to go and get more, and they said sorry that's all I could have, I made it work with Walmart bags because I refused to sit in any house with trash laying around...DONT FORGET TO BRING EXTRA THINGS,,,other than this everything was nice that's why they still got 5 stars from me because that's not something major to score someone a low score for, they wasn't rude they just said that's all I could have....

Great property

Condo was beautiful! Accomodated our family of four perfectly. It is just the right size. Plenty of sleeping options. The unit was decorated tastefully and had a perfect view of the gulf. We enjoyed the lower level to view the palm trees right outside the patio. It is close to a lot of activities, restaurants and beach clubs. There was a slight snag with linen cleanliness, which management took care of immediately. We will return again, likely to this very unit if available. Thank you for hosting!
