Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed. Lots of nearby dining options that all provide great choices so we had something a little different each day. You cannot beat the location either in terms of nearby activities. Rosemary beach is very close or Panama City Beach a short drive east. Home is well equipped with plenty of space for everybody. This location provided a great spot to relax for a few days and round out our year in great style. Host communicated well with us providing every piece of info we needed to make our stay easy and stress free.

The house and location were perfect! Could not ask for a better house or location. The bikes and golf cart was a huge bonus. We had everything we needed! Loved the new bike path to cross 98 too!

Gorgeous house, close to everything

My husband and I booked this house for our honeymoon. While we knew it was way too big for just the two of us, it had everything we wanted - a private pool and hot tub for the days we didn't want to haul everything to the beach, a large golf cart for the days we did want to go to the beach, and we didn't know until we got there but it was so close to so many great restaurants and beach access. Every light switch and drawer was labeled, so it was easy to find everything and turn on the lights we wanted. We decided we wanted to pay the extra to have the pool / hot tub heated and it was worth the daily fee to do so, as we were there in the Spring before it got too warm. The only feedback I have is that the house was low on washcloths to use when showering, but they did have enough towels. We have saved the property, and we hope to come back and stay in the future with more friends and family.

Overall the property was amazing! The house is absolutely stunning. It was very clean! It was super close to the beach, my only thing that made me a little nervous was crossing over the highway to get to the beach but if that's my only issue i think that's pretty good. We went for my bach and this was the perfect spot

Christmas Vacation

We stayed at this gorgeous property for our family Christmas getaway. The pictures don't do the property justice. It was so beautiful and spacious. The master bedroom with the socker tub was incredible. Having multiple washers/dryers was a huge plus as well since there were 8 of us.

Saltwater and Sun

Such an amazing location, and home! Close proximity to any and all! Grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, you name it! Home was clean and had so many amenities. Having no beach towels available was a little tricky because we flew and didn’t want to pack them. We ended up buying cheap towels there. Highly recommended vacation home!

Exceptional

We had a great stay at the property. Pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. Wish I would have factored in the extra $50 per day charged for pool heating. The property overall was nearly perfect and had every amenity one would need. The location is also very nice and loved the proximity to the local shops restaurants and the quick drive to inlet beach. Took the golf cart to the donut hole and fish market everyday (literally a 3 minute drive). Quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us vs the private communities along 30a. I don’t need to be “seen” with the beautiful instagramers in rosemary. The only drawback which was not a drawback for us was proximity to the beach. Our kids are too young to enjoy the beach thus we spent most of the time at the pool which was absolutely outstanding. The beach is a quick drive on the golf cart or car but you do have to cross busy highway 98 to get there. Again not important for us. Inlet beach was just fine but parking could get crowded during prime time.

We're definitely coming back! This house had everything on top of a great location. If I were forced to say that it lacked one thing, it would be a grill. We loved everything else about it.

Great Vacation! House was fantastic, clean and modern. Air conditioning was great. Plenty of room for everyone. Bikes and golf carts were excellent bonuses. Area was quiet and close to great restaurants! Pool and hot tub was great. Communication was fantastic. Really nice vacation no complaints.
