Holiday Beach! Beautifully remodeled and fully furnished, first-floor condo in Panama City Beach. The condo is located on the beach side of Holiday Drive. Surrounded by Multi-Million Beach Villas and Mansions.

The property is ideally located just steps from Panama City Beach, Public Beach Access Points: 12, 13, 14 and 15 (SEE PHOTOS).
The condo boasts recent upgrades, including a new HVAC system and fresh paint throughout in 2023. In 2024, the bathroom was updated with a new vanity, commode, and stylish vinyl plank flooring. The property also boasts a spacious, separate laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
Amenities at the property include an outdoor shower, a community in-ground pool, brand new stairs and railing and a private parking space. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of restaurants, dining options, and shopping just a short walk away.
