The ice maker is not working properly. There is ice but it will not come out and there is no water connected to fridge. The balcony furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe some cushions would help or upgrade balcony chairs. Two plastic ones feel were not sturdy and metal ones were not comfortable at all. The very outdated carpet made condo have an odor. It was a decent rental but would not rent again. Every condo we have ever stayed at usually has some seasonings such as salt and pepper and some beach items but there is absolutely nothing there. For a quick get away it was ok. Just have paid less for nicer.

Panama City Beach

I had to ask for the code to get in the room. They were not sent before we got there. It was not very clean.we washed all of our sheets before we slept on them. We didn’t use the sofa bed because food fell out of it when we pulled it out, so two 60 year old women had to sleep in bunk beds. The carpet was old and dirty so we kept our shoes on. There was black on the ceilings in the living room and kitchen, so we ate all of our meals outside or at restaurants. I did contact the property manager and they sent someone with bleach to clean the ceiling but the marks were still visible. I sent them pictures the next day but they did not reply. They did not send instructions on what to do before we left, so we did what we thought we should do. We received the instructions after we left.

A good stay.

The check in process was very hectic at first. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff and the check in process. The host did reach out and apologize. He also came by and ensured everything was okay. Overall, the stay was great. Pool access and right on the beach. The view was breathtaking. Would book again!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Having two bathrooms and three separate places to sleep was perfect for my adult son, teenager, and me. The view from the spacious balcony was great.

Horrible Place

Went to hang a bath towel in the master bathroom and the towel bar fell right out of the wall. Multiple light bulbs were blown. Microwave was dirty. Coffee pot was dirty and I had to clean it before using. Stepped on a bare, rusty carpet nail that my son also stepped on. The balcony doors didn’t lock at all (not recommended for younger kids!). The closets were full of junk. Dresser knobs were missing and the dresser also had leftover books. No ac or ventilation in the bunk room so the kids got hot every night. They said we couldn’t take the cheap rubber bracelets home unless we paid 25 EACH (when it’s posted in the elevators they coat 5) and then they tried to charge me for one that accidentally broke (I guess from being re-used, which they say they sanitize so that may be why it broke after all, either way, gross to use somebody else’s bracelet). The underside of the first bathroom vanity is missing so there was a lot of leftover trash under that. The trash can isn’t even a full can and they don’t mention having to bring our own. They say there is a hair dryer but there wasn’t so I had to go buy one. I noticed another review mentioned not having a spatula and they said they take care of that but they never did. And they have no cookie sheets to bake on. I will never rent this unit again and will totally avoid the management company who controls it. I can only add 8 photos unfortunately.

The physical location was excellent. Overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful beach. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Pools are great. I wish everyone would abide by the rules but that’s not the condo owner’s fault. I would stay here again.

Father & Son Fishing Trip

Had a great time outside of the HOA giving my fiance a hard time due to the wrong color wristband. They were total jerks. The unot managers got it straightened out but it was a pain.

Spring break

This was a last minute booking for spring break with the family. Location was good, check in/out super easy, and good communication when I had questions. Condo could use a little updating and didn’t have many cooking utensils (I had to go buy a spatula and spoon to cook). The view of the ocean was great! Overall a good stay and would come again!
