Welcome to Unit 1005 on the 10th floor at Aqua. We reserved 2 padded Beach Chairs/Umbrella for your enjoyment while staying in our condo! (Available March thru October.) Free Wifi internet service.


Enjoy true luxury living in this tastefully decorated 2-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf from your private, elliptical terrace. Exquisite interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, and microwave. Newly laid tile floors make the living space beautiful. There are 3 flat screen TV's along with a Blu-Ray player. We also have an in-unit laundry with washer and dryer. Full-length windows and beautiful living spaces connect you to the magic of the Gulf. An elegant master suite features a separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and generous storage. New king size mattress in the master bedroom. This home at Aqua is totally furnished for family use & fulfillment of your beachfront dreams.

As you enter the lobby of Aqua you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls leading to two fabulous outdoor pools. The oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping, one is an indoor outdoor pool that is heated in the winter.

Enjoy a refreshing drink at the pool side cafe. There is also a fantastic workout room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, steam room and whirlpool spa. The dual grills on the patio are perfect for poolside grilling!

Walk out the front door and you're only 0.4 miles away from Pier Park - a new multi-million-dollar shopping complex that includes a large movie theater and many great shops and restaurants. Walk out the back door and you're steps away from the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico with peaceful sounds of the waves - opportunities for making life-long memories.

NO PETS & NO SMOKING: So that everyone can enjoy their stay, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo and it was a great experience. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the serene morning and spectacular sunsets from the balcony. The interior of the condo was thoughtfully decorated combining comfort and style. From the second we walked in we felt at home. The condo was very inviting and had everything we could have possibly needed for our five night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The bathrooms had lots of extra towels for our use. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were super comfortable. The condo was super clean, spacious and beautiful. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and the amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to dinner every night! We will def be back. I can’t recommend enough!

Property was very nice and very clean. Check in was a breeze. Everything that is described about it is true. Everything in the unit worked with absolutely no issues. Kitchen and appliances were also very clean. View from balcony was perfect as you can see the whole beach from left to right. Also from balcony took some amazing night pictures of the moon shining through the clouds on the ocean and the beach. Communication with host was excellent! Location was also great and felt very safe as we saw regular security on property. Would highly recommend this unit!!

Great get away - great owner

Enjoyed our week at this property. The owner/host was easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed the beach chair setup that was included in our stay. The unit was well maintained. I personally enjoy staying on the beach (where the sand and ocean are a short elevator ride away). I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice Panama City Beach get away.

Spring break with teens

We took our daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. The balcony and beach (with chairs) are amazing, and the location is great in that it’s walkable to many restaurants and activities. Tip - take earplugs because the bedroom windows face the road, and it can be quite loud at night. Communication with the host was very easy and consistent. A nice starter supply was provided of soaps and other necessities. The condo was very clean; however, the 4 stars is because black marker or wax was used to touch up wood furniture damage, and it seems to have permanently stained several items of clothing. We had to lay our black items over the back of the chairs, table, and coffee table to avoid getting it on ourselves or clothes.

This property had all the amenities you need to have a pleasant vacation. Everything from a variety of kitchenware to beach supplies to hand soaps at every sink. I also appreciated the lounge chair on the balcony to soak up some sun without having to go to the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Recharge at the beach

My hubby and I met our son here for the long weekend since he’s in college in AL. The condo is perfect. The view of the gulf is awesome and the property with 2 pools, a pool bar and beach access is fantastic. This condo is clean, well stocked and a very comfortable home away from home. Owner communication was great and check in/out was easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The location to the pier was super nice. We didn’t have to drive anywhere for our entire stay!
