This property was absolutely beautiful, the beach access was so easy and super close to get too. The grill was way too far to use however we purchased a small one to use and that was fine. Did not care for the huge outside roaches but I guess it's common in the area. The inside was clean and would love to stay again.

Very nice, family friendly place! Loved the setup, the balconies and the fact that we were steps away from the beach. We had our grandchildren with us and if the two youngest needed to go in for a little while, it was so convenient for our daughter and daughter in love. Will definitely book again!

Exactly as advertised

Location was great. Away from crowds, yet we had beach volleyball on both sides of us - just a short walk. Unit also came with shuffleboard sticks, big plus since the resort doesn't supply them. Came with 4 chairs and a very nice beach umbrella. Balconies were fantastic. Emails before arrival and before leaving made check in and checkout a breeze. TV easy to operate in every room with Direct TV and access to Apps.

Great place!

We had our annual girls trip at this location and loved it! We had rain everyday which was unfortunate, but we made the best of it! Beds are comfy, TVs have every program available which was nice. We wish the balcony on the first floor roof was fully covered so we could have sat on the porch in the rain, but that is the only down we have!

By far the absolute best vacation spot we’ve stayed in and we have been going to Panama City Beach for years! Highly recommend this rental! Plenty of room for your family to spread out and literally walk out the back door into the sand! Will definitely be returning!

Awesome condo and Real Joy was awesome to work with!

This condo was everything it said it was in the description and the pictures are spot on. There is no better access to the beach in Panama City! You drive right up to your door with easy access to unload. Turn to the left and the pool is right there. Walk out the back sliding door, which were all new and worked great, and you are standing on the beach! Which by the way was very less crowded than other spots in Panama City. The condo has all the amenities you could possibly need. The condo is very modern, clean and up to date. The beds were also extremely comfortable. My trip was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Michael, but Real Joy refunded my money from the nights I did not get to stay. I read where some other places did not. I will definitely be booking this condo again and when I visit the Destin or Fort Walton area, I will certainly be booking with Real Joy. You cannot go wrong with this condo in any way!

LOOOVVVED IT!!!!

We had 5 adults and 5 kids and it was the PERFECT place for us! Steps from the beach, literally.....like, right out your own back door! Steps to the pool! Short drive to all the wonderful places in town. Being directly on the beach was perfect for us, with all the kids! We didn’t have to load everything up and transport....we just waked right out. The unit itself is VERY nicely upgraded! Plenty of room. Comfortable furniture. The views from all 3 balconies are AMAZING. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with. I have only nice things to say about our stay here! I hope we get to return soon. IF you are like me and have looked at a thousand different properties and now you are looking at this one, just book it! Trust me. Our family loved it.

Nice location

Great location if you do not like the crowdedness of the high-rise condos. Was wonderful to be able to walk out your back door and step onto the beach. Clean and well decorated. Could use a few more pots and pans and storage containers if you plan on cooking in a lot.

Amazing property! Unbelievable beach view and access! Dream vacation with lots of privacy and peace!

This condo is very nice with updated decor and amenities! We will choose this unit every time!! It is super spacious, right on the beach, with beach views from three floors! We loved the decks off of the master, the 2nd floor bedroom and the patio on the ground level! He kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and enables food prep to be done with a beach view and while remaining a part of family life in the living areas. We used the grill multiple times. It definitely felt like all the comforts of home in the beautiful beach surrounding of a residential complex without the crowds of resort areas! I cannot say enough about this place! It is stunning and lives up to all expectations!!
