→ PARKING NOTES: All Majestic guests must be pre registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $40.00 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Majestic Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). MAX 2 parking passes.

→ DAMAGE WAIVER - There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
