The Space:
This one of only 6, true 1 BR / one bath condos at Village of South Walton offers 60% more space than the common studios. The living area has a new daybed with a trundle, both having twin mattresses. The property sleeps 4 comfortably with the added privacy of a separate BR. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator,dishwasher, 6 in 1 microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker,and pots and pans. The living room and bedroom have two LARGE smart TVs, 65" & 55". These things, along with the newly renovated bathroom, provide everything you need in a comfortable, spacious, and classy space!

The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!
Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.
