Family Friendly

It’s overall a nice place. We needed the pull out couch and when it was pulled out half the springs that hold the mattress up are missing. They had to put the mattress on the floor all week because management never got back to us about other options. The property is fun for families, nice pools and beach.

Beach vacay

Overall good- great pools, easy beach access, fun watching karaoke. Things that could be better-only 3 elevators for huge building, had to wait over 30 minutes to get elevator when leaving. Elevators were also broken one day. Need some updating on the outside and several units need new windows. Windows in one bedroom that faced the hallway would not lock. I sent a text to the manager but never heard back. Need more towels for the unit. There should be enough towels for at least the number of people staying there. For example, if you’re advertising that 10 people can stay, there should be at least 10 bath towels. Cute beach decor. I was told the double metal beds were very squeaky but king bed was comfortable. Loved drinking coffee every morning on the balcony facing the ocean.

It was nice and close to pool, beach and restaurants. Guest room had stains on sheets and bed was lose and a screw fell out. Lots of fun.

Girlfriends Trip

Facility overall was a bit dated, but well maintained on the quieter end of the island. The condo had a few quirks/issues - air conditioner made a loud bang every time it came on (all night long) - the slider in the living room would not lock and was extremely hard to open/close. Overall a good trip.

Not worth the money

We walked in and immediately noticed dirty handprints all over the sliding glass doors and wall of mirrors. There was thick dust on all of the lamps and tvs and various other furniture. There was a huge stain of something on the livingroom rug. The floors were not clean but the icing on the cake was the bathrooms. The showers and shower curtains were so filled with mold, that no one wanted to get in them. I contacted the property manager and he did come and clean the two showers and replaced the liners. I pointed out the other things but nothing else was cleaned. He was super nice and i appreciated him coming and cleaning that but for the money that they charge, this is definitely not worth it. It is very run down. Also, when we were getting ready to check in, a girl was leaving the unit and said she was checking the cleaners work to make sure it was clean. I am not sure what she was looking at but it clearly was not. We will never stay in this unit again.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean and inviting with a fully stocked kitchen. Check in was a breeze and any questions I had were answered quickly. Definitely recommend this place for your beach vacation!

Great Condo!! Perfect for the family!

We loved our stay in this unit at Regency Towers. The unit had everything you needed and more. Sand toys, coolers, pack n’ play, fully equipped kitchen, and quality mattresses and pillows. I could have left some of our normal stuff at home. The complex was close to the beach (no hauling marathons), great pools with a large amount of seating especially with the sun deck (wish the kiddie pool had been heated as well), Bikini Bobs was great and very affordable. Far enough away from the traffic and crowds but not too far. Dollar General is basically right across the street and super convenient. We had 5 adults and 4 kids, ages 2-14, and we had plenty of space! Would stay again!

Great place for a large family!

We really enjoyed this rental! The property owners were on top of communicating everything about your check in and check out with you. This property is in the third floor and was easy to take the stairs to especially when the elevator wasn’t working. The property was very clean and very nice! I would definitely recommend this property and will be back! My only suggestion would be an actual light in the ceiling in the bunk bed room. The lamp light wasn’t enough but the kids made it work.

Wonderful Place

The condo was clean and comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities. Easy beach access and the pools were very nice. The young adults in our group enjoyed eating at Bikini Bobs and price was reasonable. We did bring our tennis racquets, but the courts were not available due to being used for parking lot. So that was a little disappointing, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

Great vacation

Very clean and nicely decorated condo. We did not spend much time in the condo but when we did we were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony at night playing cards and having a coffee in the morning. You could feel the ocean breeze and you had a nice view of the ocean. We also were able to see several weddings from the balcony. The pool and bar were great to be by all day. It was very convenient. We went crab hunting at night and were able to find 3. Those also had Karaoke Sunday and Thursdays down by the pool.

Spacious updated 3 bedroom condo on the beach

Roomy & cute decor in whole condo. Kitchen stocked very well! It even had charcoal and lighter fluid, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Can’t wait to come back!
