It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, smart TV, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. The resort features (2) gulf front pools (one full size, deep pool + one toddler pool) with showers, direct private beach access, shaded seating, sundeck, poolside snack bar, newly updated fitness center, sundry store, book exchange, lobby lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, charcoal grills, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.

It is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund . No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.
