The condo itself needs an update. There were small little issues that could easily have been fixed. The bathtub in the master bedroom wouldn't drain properly, the mattress and furniture could use an update. The shams on the bed were not clean, paint was chipping off the walls in some places, etc. Other than these small issues, the place is a 10/10. Location is great, crowds are small. I do wish it had come with beach chair rentals. They are 45/day at the vendor. Host was responsive and the views are spectacular. We would stay here again.

Our room was spacious, clean, with a pool and right on the beach. This is the third time we've visited this location, and it is extremely quiet in our rental. Parking was no problem. We didn't have to visit the office to check in or check out. We had a wonderful stay, and would heartily recommend SeaChase VRBO rentals.

Literally wall to wall view. Nice layout with rooms at opposite ends. Free tickets a nice touch. We did mini golf and Dave and Busters! Microwave went belly up. We sent a message. Maintenance came very quickly and resolved. Great stay. Thank you!

The property is in a great location. It was quiet and the grounds were kept clean. The condo itself could use a little updating, but definitely not a deal breaker. Housekeeping missed a couple things under the bed and couch from previous tenants. Great communication from owner! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

I just wanted to do a short trip with my oldest pup and my one non negotiable is the place has to be ON the beach. Loved the view, place was clean and very nice. Close to many restaurants. There was a lot of construction taking place but didn’t really hear much in the condo itself. Thank you for letting me stay.

Spring Break

Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m from Zachary, LA. My family and I stayed at Seachase for our spring break vacation. Everything about this place was great. We had access to the beach, balcony right over the beach. The location was great because everything was right there. The only issue i had was the water wasn’t staying hot but other than that my stay was GREAT and I will definitely book with them again!

Beach Srervice was a HUGE improvement this year, over past years.Very on time,organized, friendly, and available. Thanks to whom ever put these people in command of the Beach Services Excellent Job!

Quiet West End Getaway

The condo is in the quiet west end of Panama City. The location is fantastic, parking is plentiful, and the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Plenty of space to spread out from others on the beach and we liked having he shops across the street and Winn Dixie just down the road. The on site management company was very helpful as well, looking forward to another trip!

But owner in unit 504 has to do some upgrades.The best if change all old furniture. 1.Need change dining table( can buy used one in FB market place) to ugly.2.Change toilet bowl in second room.3. For building managers they need to do some cosmetic remodeling and repainting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third time staying here . My second stay in this unit . We have always loved staying here . Only complaints was no blinds in the living space and the blinds did not work in the bedrooms and were falling apart .I was told that it was due to the damage from the last hurricane and that they needed to be replaced. We had no privacy in the bedrooms . People on the beach could see in. My sister had to sleep in the living room with no blinds . I would not stay in this unit again unless the blinds were replaced. Popcorn was on the bed spreads from who ever stayed last . I missed the manager being in the office downstairs like in the past . Still the best view of the beach and not a high rise condo.

Awesome location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything except for the mattresses on the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. Price was high. We originally wanted to stay 4 nights but I think everyone is following the same policy of not renting out to anyone staying less than a week. I will say that the unit was the best layout plan of any place. We did have trouble with one of the commodes in the smaller bath. The whole unit could use updating but was clean except for some dirt in some areas. I would like to rent a different unit the next time because we did like lots of qualities about this place. For anyone having mobility problems I would not suggest this unit because the elevator is too far away and on the other end where we were at was steps and the trash shute which made a lot of noise when someone was putting trash in there. The Door slamming shut echoes loud. Would like to stay here only in a different unit the next time. Balcony furniture needs updating also. Two of the chairs that swiveled were actually broken. I don't think anyone reports this so I am so the owners will be aware. We did complain about the commode and mattress's to staff but we know the mattresses would take longer than issue with the commode. Nothing was ever done about the commode.
