The property is a bit outdated and well used. The kitchen utensils are lacking. The utensils available are falling apart. If you plan to cook, make sure to bring your own cookware and utensils. The door lock was either broken or jammed. Would lock only about 1 out of 10 times. We had to leave our belongings not secured in the room. The resort itself is also outdated, definitely would need a good remodel. For the size of the resort, one small jacuzzi isn’t enough for the amount of people interested in using it. The pool water was very murky. When my kids would dive in, I couldn’t see them until they surfaced. Other than that, we enjoyed the beach and some relaxed time.

Toaster broken Dishwasher broken Multiple broken drawers Communication non existent Had to pay $100 for parking pass/wrist bands upon arrival Location was WONDERFUL-right next to Pineapple Willys and across from Walmart Complex was GREAT! Pools clean, food good, beach AMAZING We love PCB and of course enjoyed ourselves but was extremely let down with this condo. Would consider staying at the same complex but not with the Evolve group or this unit

Wonderful unit!

Started off with an early check in which was amazing! For our family of 5, there was so much space and sleeping arrangements for everyone. The only thing I’d improve would be the master mattress. The 2nd bedroom mattress was excellent. The bunk area is very spacious, and we LOVED that there were 3 bathrooms. Location of this condo is perfect, and resort amenities are nice. Because the unit is on the top floor, there is a little wait for the elevator during peak hours, but even in the middle of June it wasn’t terrible. If I had to critique one thing about the resort itself, it would be that there’s not a lot of beachfront for the size of the resort so the beach is overcrowded. If you don’t go down and set up by 6am, you will not be able to sit anywhere near the water and will have several rows of chairs/umbrellas obstructing your view. We’re early risers so we would definitely come stay here again.
