I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The front desk didn’t offer a late checkout or any kind of compensation for the delay, and we weren’t even given the option to store our luggage while we waited — we just had to sit around for over two hours. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The pool was okay but smaller than expected. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and polite! Would definitely stay here again. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Breakfast was great each day we were there!

Good Value

Room was good. The only thing I didn’t like was there were no cleaning wipes in the gym. I saw a lady exercise using a provided mat and rolled it up w/o cleaning it. Was it to due not having wipes? I had no wipes after my sweaty workout on the bench with the free weights.

Refrigerator was broken. They do not clean much, snot on walls. Charged $60 for parking without consent. I could have parked across the street for free. It’s so ghetto in the area that the parking elevator had the top floor turned off so we had to go back down and then walk across the dangerous street where there is no crosswalk painted on the ground. I paid $2 for a washing machine on the 6th floor only to realize it is also broken. I am a handy man so I researched the error code and then rigged the sensor to think the washer door was not broken. They know they need new appliances but are too cheap to buy them. *if you use the washer on the sixth floor you have to manually hold the door shut for the machine to even work. They had me going up and down the elevator for them to relay that it was still not working when they said it was. The key card reader was somehow disabled on the laundry room locking my laundry up to where I couldn’t get to it without a bunch of trips up and down elevator for help. Handyman on site NEEDS to tighten up. Quality is in dire need of improvement. Hot tub smelled like pee from little kids unsupervised just peeing in it. Bathing suit also smelled terribly like pee the next day. Low budget cheap quality over priced and scamming tourist trap. (I’m not a tourist.)

First time here, we usually get away this time of year. The front desk staff was outstanding every time. Staff throughout the facility have all been very friendly and helpful. Parking was way better that other places. Being able to have a parking garage and a walkway over the traffic was excellent. Breakfast had a good assortment for everyone. Close to Pier Park, as my wife is an avid David and Buster's fan. We did eat something at the bar as most restaurants were two hour wait. The bar tender was fantastic and the fiod was good. Wife liked having the pool just outside the door, very accessible. Pool was just a litte to warm for our liking. We definitely loved our stay and woukd reccomend this as a place to stay. We'll be back.

Beach was great. Walk in shower is a poor design. Could not keep water off bathroom floor. Two shower head a little complicated (for old people like us). Lol
